Claims (8)
- 壁板の構造パラメータを判定する方法であって、
前記壁板のコア強度値を提供するステップと、
前記壁板タイプの厚さに基づいて必要とされる釘引抜力値を判定するステップと、
前記提供されたコア強度値及び前記判定された釘引抜力値に基づいてフェイスペーパー剛性値を算出するステップであって、前記フェイスペーパー剛性値が、以下の等式
釘引抜力(lb f )=a(lb f )+[b(lb f /(kN/m))×(フェイスペーパー剛性(kN/m))]+[c(lb f /psi)×(コア強度(psi))]
(式中、a=4.2126759であり、b=0.009490606731であり、且つ、c=0.092421774である)
に基づく、ステップと、
前記壁板のフェイスペーパータイプの選択のために前記算出されたフェイスペーパー剛性値を表示装置上に表示するステップと、
を備える方法。 - 前記コア強度値は、400〜500psiの範囲である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フェイスペーパー剛性値をTSIA(Tensile Stiffness Index Area)値によって除算することによってフェイスペーパー重量を算出するステップを更に有する請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記表示するステップにおいて、前記壁板の前記フェイスペーパータイプの選択のために前記算出されたフェイスペーパー剛性値の代わりに前記算出されたフェイスペーパー重量を前記表示装置上に表示する請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記TSIA値は、12〜20kNm/gの範囲である請求項3又は4に記載の方法。
- 前記算出されたフェイスペーパー剛性値をメモリ内に保存するステップを更に含む請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 壁板のコア強度値を提供するステップと、
前記壁板タイプの厚さに基づいて必要とされる釘引抜力値を判定するステップと、
前記提供されたコア強度値及び前記判定された釘引抜力値に基づいてフェイスペーパー剛性値を算出するステップであって、前記フェイスペーパー剛性値が、以下の等式
釘引抜力(lb f )=a(lb f )+[b(lb f /(kN/m))×(フェイスペーパー剛性(kN/m))]+[c(lb f /psi)×(コア強度(psi))]
(式中、a=4.2126759であり、b=0.009490606731であり、且つ、c=0.092421774である)

前記選択されたフェイスペーパータイプ及び前記提供されたコア強度値に基づいて前記壁板を生産するステップと、
を備える壁板の製造方法。 - 前記コア強度値は、400〜500psiの範囲である請求項7に記載の方法。
