Claims (10)
- 壁板の構造パラメータを判定する方法であって、
前記壁板のコア強度値を提供するステップと、
前記壁板タイプの厚さに基づいて必要とされる釘引抜力値を判定するステップと、
前記提供されたコア強度値及び前記判定された釘引抜力値に基づいてフェイスペーパー剛性値を算出するステップと、
前記算出されたフェイスペーパー剛性値を表示装置上に表示するステップと、
を有する方法。 - 前記コア強度値は、約400〜500psiの範囲である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フェイスペーパー剛性値を算出するステップは、次の等式
釘引抜力(lbf)=a+[b×(フェイスペーパー剛性(kN/m))]+[c×(コア強度(psi))]
(式中、a=4.2126759であり、b=0.009490606731であり、且つ、c=0.092421774である)
に基づく請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記フェイスペーパー剛性値をTSIA(Tensile Stiffness Index Area)値によって除算することによってフェイスペーパー重量を算出するステップを更に有する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記算出されたフェイスペーパー重量に基づいてフェイスペーパーのタイプを選択するステップを更に含む請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記TSIA値は、約12〜20kNm/gの範囲である請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記算出されたフェイスペーパー剛性値をメモリ内に保存するステップを更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記算出されたフェイスペーパー剛性値に基づいてフェイスペーパー重量を判定するステップと、
前記表示されたフェイスペーパー重量に基づいてフェイスペーパータイプを選択するステップと、
前記選択されたフェイスペーパータイプ及び前記提供されたコア強度値に基づいて前記壁板を生産するステップと、
を更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記フェイスペーパー剛性値を判定するステップは、次の等式
釘引抜力(lbf)=a+[b×(フェイスペーパー剛性(kN/m))]+[c×(コア強度(psi))]
