Description
Claims (15)
- 第1の表面及び第2の表面により境界づけられた物質厚さを持つプレフォームのボディを加熱するための加熱システムであって、光を放射する光源装置と、前記ボディ内の第1の表面と第2の表面との間の長めの経路に沿って光がガイドされるように、少なくとも特定の最小期間の間、前記光源装置からの光を前記ボディの長手方向に垂直な角度と異なる角度で前記ボディへ入力させる入力結合装置とを少なくとも有する、加熱システム。
- 前記入力結合装置は、前記光源装置からの光が前記ボディの物質の取り込み角度範囲内の角度で前記ボディに入力され、全内反射により第1の表面と第2の表面との間にガイドされるように、配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の加熱システム。
- 前記入力結合装置は、前記光源装置からの光が、前記経路に沿って吸収されるまで、第1の表面と第2の表面との間にガイドされるように、配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の加熱システム。
- 前記入力結合装置は、前記光源装置からの光が、前もって規定されたエントリポイントで及び/又は前もって規定されたエントリラインに沿って、ボディへ入力されるように、配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の加熱システム。
- 前記光源装置は、少なくとも一つの光源と、多くの光ビームを前記ボディの方向に送る多くの光ファイバとを有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の加熱システム。
- 前記入力結合装置は、前記光源装置からの光が、前記ボディに入力されるポイントで第1の表面と第2の表面との間の最短の直線により規定された横断方向に対して角度を持つ方向で前記ボディに入力されるように、配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の加熱システム。
- 前記入力結合装置は、前記光源装置からの光が前記光源装置から前記ボディへガイドされる中間入力結合物質を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の加熱システム。
- 前記中間入力結合物質が透明なポリマー又は液体であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の加熱システム。
- 前記中間入力結合物質が、前記プレフォームの前記ボディの屈折率と前記光源装置の光放射表面物質の屈折率との間の屈折率を持つことを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の加熱システム。
- 前記入力結合装置は、前記ボディに多くの光ビームが入力される角度が、前記光源装置からの光の主要部分が、前記ボディに光が入力されるポイントに戻らないような角度であるように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の加熱システム。
- 指向された光ビームが放射される複数の光放射表面を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の加熱システム。
- 前記ボディが加熱されながら、ルートに沿って前記ボディを移動させる移送手段を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の加熱システム。
- プレフォームのボディが前記加熱システムの光放射表面から放射される光の光経路内にあるとき、光が前記光放射表面から出力されるように、前記光源装置及び/又は前記入力結合装置から指向された光の出力のタイミングを制御するための制御装置を有する、請求項12に記載の加熱システム。
- 前記光源装置は、800nm及び/又は970nmの波長でレーザー光を放射する少なくとも一つのレーザー放射光源を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の加熱システム。
- 第1の表面及び第2の表面により境界づけられた物質厚さを有するプレフォームのボディを加熱するための方法であって、光源装置から光が前記ボディを通って送られ、前記ボディ内の第1の表面と第2の表面との間の長めの経路に沿って光がガイドされるように、前記光源装置からの光は、少なくとも特定の最小期間の間、前記ボディの長手方向に垂直な角度と異なる角度で前記ボディへ入力される、方法。
