Description
Claims (13)
- 組織切除装置であって、
組織切除術を組織に施すための協働的な配置における少なくとも1つのエネルギ・エミッタ及び少なくとも1つの光音響センサを収容する少なくとも1つのカテーテルであって、前記少なくとも1つのエネルギ・エミッタは、中に損傷を形成するために前記組織の標的部分に組織切除ビームを放出するよう動作可能である、カテーテルと、
前記カテーテルに付着させられ、前記少なくとも1つのエネルギ・エミッタ及び前記少なくとも1つの光音響センサを取り囲む膨張可能なバルーンであって、前記カテーテルを介して膨張させられるよう動作可能であり、光音響伝搬媒質で充填される、バルーンとを備え、
前記少なくとも1つのエネルギ・エミッタは、前記組織からの光音響応答を励起するために、前記組織の前記標的部分に光励起ビームを放出するよう更に動作可能であり、
前記少なくとも1つの光音響センサは、前記組織の前記光音響応答を検出するよう動作可能である組織切除装置。 - 請求項1記載の組織切除装置であって、
前記組織の前記標的部分を照射するための内視鏡
を更に備える組織切除装置。 - 請求項1記載の組織切除装置であって、前記少なくとも1つのエネルギ・エミッタ及び前記少なくとも1つの光音響センサは、前記組織切除術を施している間に回転する組織切除装置。
- 請求項1記載の組織切除装置であって、
前記組織は肺静脈管組織であり、
前記損傷は、前記肺静脈管組織内に形成された環状の損傷である組織切除装置。 - 組織切除システムであって、
組織切除術制御システムと、
組織切除装置とを備え、前記組織切除装置は、
少なくとも1つのエネルギ・エミッタ及び少なくとも1つの光音響センサを収容するカテーテルと、
前記カテーテルに付着させられ、前記少なくとも1つのエネルギ・エミッタ及び前記少なくとも1つの光音響センサを取り囲む膨張可能なバルーンとを含み、
前記バルーンは、前記カテーテルを介して膨張させられるよう動作可能であり、且つ、光音響伝搬媒質で充填され、
前記少なくとも1つのエネルギ・エミッタは、中に損傷を形成するために組織の標的部分に組織切除ビームを放出するよう前記組織切除術制御システムによって制御可能であり、
前記少なくとも1つのエネルギ・エミッタは、前記組織からの光音響応答を励起するために前記組織の前記標的部分に光励起ビームを放出するよう前記組織切除術制御システムによって制御可能であり、
前記少なくとも1つの光音響センサは、前記組織切除術制御システムによる前記損傷の光音響画像の生成を容易にするために前記組織の前記光音響応答を検出するよう動作可能である組織切除システム。 - 請求項5記載の組織切除システムであって、
前記組織の前記標的部分を照射するための内視鏡
を更に備える組織切除システム。 - 請求項5記載の組織切除システムであって、前記少なくとも1つのエネルギ・エミッタ及び前記少なくとも1つの光音響センサの少なくとも一方は、組織切除術を施している間に回転する組織切除システム。
- 請求項5記載の組織切除システムであって、
前記組織は肺静脈管組織であり、
前記損傷は、前記肺静脈管組織内に形成された環状の損傷である組織切除システム。 - 請求項5記載の組織切除システムであって、前記組織切除術制御システムは、
前記少なくとも1つのエミッタにより、前記組織切除ビームの放出を制御するよう動作可能な組織切除コントローラと、
前記少なくとも1つのエミッタにより、前記光励起ビームの放出を制御するよう動作可能な光励起コントローラと、
前記少なくとも1つの光音響センサによって検出された前記組織の光音響応答に基づいて前記組織内の前記損傷の形成を監視するよう動作可能な光音響画像モニタと
を含む組織切除システム。 - 組織の組織切除術の実行を監視するためのプログラムであって、前記プログラムは、プロセッサに、
組織切除ビームを前記組織に放出するよう1つ又は複数のエネルギ・エミッタを駆動するステップであって、損傷が前記組織内に形成される、ステップと、
光励起ビームを前記組織に放出するよう1つ又は複数の第2のエネルギ・エミッタを駆動するステップであって、光音響応答が前記組織内に生成される、ステップと、
光音響センサと前記組織との間に配置可能な光音響伝搬媒質を介して前記光音響センサにより検出される前記組織の前記光音響応答を受信するステップと、を実行させる、
プログラム。 - 請求項10記載のプログラムであって、前記組織切除ビームの放出及び前記光励起ビームの放出が同時であることをもたらすよう動作可能であるプログラム。
- 請求項10記載のプログラムであって、前記組織切除ビームの放出及び前記光励起ビームの放出がインタリーブされることをもたらすよう動作可能であるプログラム。
- 請求項10記載のプログラムであって、前記組織切除ビーム及び前記光励起ビームの放出が順次であることをもたらすよう動作可能であるプログラム。
