Claims (12)
- 複数の走査線と、複数のデータ線と、複数のタッチ感知ユニットと、を備えるタッチ表示パネルにおいて、
各タッチ感知ユニットは、第一画素ユニットと、第二画素ユニットと、第三画素ユニットと、を備え、
前記各画素ユニットは、画素電極と、記憶コンデンサ電極と、補償コンデンサと、を備え、
前記画素電極と前記記憶コンデンサ電極との間に記憶コンデンサが設置され、前記補償コンデンサは、前記画素電極と前記走査線との間に接続され、且つ前記第一画素ユニット、前記第二画素ユニット、前記第三画素ユニットの記憶コンデンサの静電容量の比及び補償コンデンサの静電容量の比は、全て前記画素電極の面積比と等しいことを特徴とするタッチ表示パネル。 - 前記各画素ユニットは、面積が同じである薄膜トランジスタを備え、前記薄膜トランジスタのゲート電極、ドレイン電極及びソース電極は、それぞれ対応する走査線、データ線及び画素電極に接続され、且つ前記補償コンデンサは、前記薄膜トランジスタのゲート電極とソース電極とが交差重畳されて形成された交差重畳コンデンサであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチ表示パネル。
- 前記走査線は、前記画素ユニットまで延伸する複数の延伸電極を備え、且つ前記補償コンデンサは、前記走査線の延伸電極と前記画素電極とが交差重畳されて形成された交差重畳コンデンサであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチ表示パネル。
- 前記画素ユニットの中のいずれか一つの画素ユニットの内部にタッチ感知部品が配置され、前記タッチ感知部品は、外力を受ける場合、タッチ感知信号を出力することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のタッチ表示パネル。
- 走査駆動回路と、
データ駆動回路と、
前記走査駆動回路に接続される複数の走査線と、前記データ駆動回路に接続される複数のデータ線と、複数のタッチ感知ユニットと、を備えるタッチ表示パネルと、
を備えるタッチ表示装置において、
前記各タッチ感知ユニットは、第一画素ユニット及び第二画素ユニットを備え、
前記各画素ユニットは、画素電極と、共通電極と、記憶コンデンサと、補償コンデンサと、を備え、
前記画素電極と前記共通電極との間に液晶コンデンサが形成され、前記補償コンデンサは、画素電極と前記走査線との間に接続され、且つ前記第一画素ユニット及び前記第二画素ユニットの記憶コンデンサの静電容量の比及び補償コンデンサの静電容量の比は、液晶コンデンサの静電容量の比と等しいことを特徴とするタッチ表示装置。 - 前記各画素ユニットは、面積が同じである薄膜トランジスタを備え、前記薄膜トランジスタのゲート電極、ドレイン電極及びソース電極は、それぞれ対応する走査線、データ線及び画素電極に接続され、且つ前記補償コンデンサは、前記薄膜トランジスタのゲート電極とソース電極とが交差重畳されて形成された交差重畳コンデンサであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のタッチ表示装置。
- 前記補償コンデンサは、前記走査線と前記画素電極とが交差重畳されて形成された交差重畳コンデンサであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のタッチ表示装置。
- 前記第一画素ユニット、前記第二画素ユニットは、同じ走査線に接続され、且つ前記第一画素ユニット、前記第二画素ユニットの中のいずれか一つの画素ユニットの内部にタッチ感知部品が配置され、前記タッチ感知部品は、外力を受ける場合、タッチ感知信号を出力することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のタッチ表示装置。
- 複数の走査線と、複数のデータ線と、複数のタッチ感知ユニットと、を備える平面表示パネルにおいて、
各タッチ感知ユニットは、第一画素ユニットと、第二画素ユニットと、第三画素ユニットと、を備え、
前記各画素ユニットは、画素電極と、共通電極と、記憶コンデンサ電極と、補償コンデンサと、を備え、
前記画素電極と前記共通電極との間に液晶コンデンサが形成され、前記画素電極と前記記憶コンデンサ電極との間に記憶コンデンサが設置され、前記補償コンデンサは、前記画素電極と前記走査線との間に接続され、且つ前記第一画素ユニット、前記第二画素ユニット、前記第三画素ユニットの記憶コンデンサの静電容量の比及び補償コンデンサの静電容量の比の中の少なくとも1つは、液晶コンデンサの静電容量の比と等しいことを特徴とする平面表示パネル。 - 前記各画素ユニットは、面積が同じである薄膜トランジスタを備え、前記薄膜トランジスタのゲート電極、ドレイン電極及びソース電極は、それぞれ対応する走査線、データ線及び画素電極に接続され、且つ前記補償コンデンサは、前記薄膜トランジスタのゲート電極とソース電極とが交差重畳されて形成された交差重畳コンデンサであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の平面表示パネル。
- 前記走査線は、前記画素ユニットまで延伸する複数の延伸電極を備え、且つ前記補償コンデンサは、前記走査線の延伸電極と前記画素電極とが交差重畳されて形成された交差重畳コンデンサであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の平面表示パネル。
- 前記第一画素ユニット、前記第二画素ユニット、前記第三画素ユニットは、同じ走査線に接続され、且つ前記第一画素ユニット、前記第二画素ユニット、前記第三画素ユニットの中のいずれか一つの画素ユニットの内部にタッチ感知部品が配置され、前記タッチ感知部品は、外力を受ける場合、タッチ感知信号を出力することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の平面表示パネル。
