Description

The present invention relates to an assembly house in which a panel of each member is manufactured at a factory, and the panel of each member is transported to the site using a transportation vehicle so that the assembly can be easily assembled on site.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as an assembly house, one using a prefabricated method in which members are produced and processed in a factory in advance and the assembly work is performed without being processed at a building site is well known.

An example of an assembly house using such a prefabricated construction method is shown below.
1) Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 60-137001 (see Patent Document 1) discloses an assembly hut that is provided with a notch in a side portion of a panel and is assembled by a connecting tool having a notch that matches the notch.
2) Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 60-141937 (see Patent Document 2)
(A) a roof portion constructed by combining a required number of wooden wall panels formed in a standardized shape and size;
(B) a wall portion constructed by combining a required number of wooden wall panels formed in a standardized shape and size without using pillars;
(C) A mounting portion is provided on the back surface of the roof panel and in contact with the upper end of the wall panel. The roof portion is placed on the wall portion, and the mounting portion and the wall panel are fixed. An assembly house characterized by assembly is shown.
3) Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 48-1000091 (refer to Patent Document 3) describes one or several types of block members such as L-type, T-type, Z-type, and cross-type that integrate a pillar and a bearing wall. A prefabricated building is shown, characterized in that it is a ramen structure that is placed at the corners and in the corners of the building and connected with beams or wall panels.

In addition, the prefabrication method is also used in which the panels of each member are manufactured in the factory and assembled in advance to the final structure, which is transported as it is by a transport vehicle and only the installation work is performed on site. .
However, when a certain size large building such as a container house is assembled into a final structure in advance and then transported as it is by a transport vehicle, a large vehicle equipped with the building cannot pass through a general road due to the road conditions in Japan. This problem often occurs, and its domestic use has hindered its spread.

実開昭60−137001号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-137001 特開昭60−141937号公報JP 60-141937 A 特開昭48−100919号公報Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 48-1000091
