Description
Claims (11)
- ガス解放及び/または調節装置であって、
通路並びに前記通路に接続されている吸気口(2)及び排気口(3)を備えた本体(1)と、
前記通路内のシャッタ手段(5、6、7、8)と、
前記装置の本体(1)とともに、前記シャッタ手段(5、6、7、8)の下流に低圧チャンバ(11)を画定する可動手段(9、12)とを備え、前記可動手段(9、12)が前記低圧チャンバ(11)内の圧力に応じて前記シャッタ手段(5、6、7、8)を作動させ、
前記シャッタ手段(5、6、7、8)が、第1のシャッタ(5、6)と、前記通路内で前記第1のシャッタ(5、6)の下流に配置された第2のシャッタ(7、8)とを備え、
開いているときには前記第2のシャッタ(7、8)が前記第1のシャッタ(5、6)を押すように、両方のシャッタが閉じているときには前記2つのシャッタ間の機械的連結部に僅かなゆとりがあるように、第1の機械的係止構造によって、前記第1及び第2のシャッタ(5、6、7、8)が、前記第1のシャッタ(5、6)が前記第2のシャッタ(7、8)の前に閉じるように機械的に連結されていることを特徴とするガス解放及び/または調節装置。 - 前記第1及び第2のシャッタが、前記装置の本体(1)に固定された前記第1及び第2のシャッタのそれぞれの弁座(6、8)と協働するシャッタ可動要素(5、7)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス解放及び/または調節装置。
- 前記第1のシャッタ(5、6)が、前記通路を閉じるためにガス流の正常方向に前記第1のシャッタ(5、6)の前記弁座(6)に向かってスプリング(4)が前記第1のシャッタ(5、6)を押すように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガス解放及び/または調節装置。
- 前記第2のシャッタ(7、8)の前記シャッタ可動要素(7)がガス流の正常方向に前記第2のシャッタ(7、8)の前記弁座(8)上に置かれているときに、前記第2のシャッタ(7、8)が前記通路を閉じることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のガス解放及び/または調節装置。
- 前記第2のシャッタ(7、8)の前記シャッタ可動要素(7)が前記可動手段(9,12)の可動要素(9)に牽引されるように連結されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のガス解放及び/または調節装置。
- 前記第2のシャッタ(7、8)の前記シャッタ可動要素(7)が、前記装置の本体(1)上に置かれているスプリングによって前記第2のシャッタ(7、8)の前記弁座(8)に向かって押され、好適には第2の機械的係止構造によって前記可動手段(9、12)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項4のガス解放及び/または調節装置。
- 前記第1のシャッタ(5、6)の前記シャッタ可動要素(5)が、前記第1のシャッタ(5、6)の前記弁座(6)と協働する円錐部分と、前記円錐部分の下で前記弁座(6)を横切って延在する長寸部分とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項2ないし6のいずれか1項に記載のガス解放及び/または調節装置。
- 前記第2のシャッタ(7、8)の前記シャッタ可動要素(7)が、前記第2のシャッタの前記弁座(8)と協働する円錐部分と、前記円錐部分の下で前記弁座(8)を横切って延在する長寸部分とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のガス解放及び/または調節装置。
- 前記第1のシャッタ(5、6)の前記シャッタ可動要素(5)の前記長寸部分が、前記第2のシャッタ(7、8)の前記シャッタ可動要素(7)の前記円錐部分と協働することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のガス解放及び/または調節装置。
- 前記第2のシャッタ(7、8)の前記シャッタ可動要素(7)の前記円錐部分が、前記第2のシャッタの開動作を前記可動手段(9、12)から前記第1のシャッタ(5、6)の前記シャッタ可動要素(5)へ伝達するために、前記第1のシャッタ(5、6)の前記シャッタ可動要素(5)の前記長寸部分を受容し、該長寸部分を係止可能な係止底部を有する空洞部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のガス解放及び/または調節装置。
- 前記第1のシャッタ(5、6)の前記シャッタ可動要素(5)の長寸部分が、前記両方のシャッタが閉じているときには、該部分を受容する前記第2のシャッタの前記空洞部の前記係止底部から離れて配置されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のガス解放及び/または調節装置。
