Description
a)重合可能な繊維強化複合材料からなる前記少なくとも一層をある形状に整えて、
前記形状は基部面及び複数の盛り上がった部分を有し、
b)少なくとも一つの前記盛り上がった部分と接触させるように少なくとも一つの成形用具を位置決めして、
前記成形用具は、前記少なくとも一つの盛り上がった部分に対する少なくとも一つの接触面がマイクロ波感受性材料からなり、
c)前記少なくとも一つの成形用具をマイクロ波で照射することにより少なくとも一つの前記盛り上がった部分を重合させる
ことを少なくとも含むことを特徴とする方法。

Claims (9)
- 繊維強化複合材料(4)を含む少なくとも一層(2)を有する構造部分(1)を製造する方法であって、前記方法は、
a)重合可能な繊維強化複合材料(4)からなる前記少なくとも一層(2)をある形状(5)に整えて、
前記形状(5)は基部面(base surface)(6)及び複数の盛り上がった部分(elevations)(7)を有し、
b)少なくとも一つの前記盛り上がった部分(7)と接触させるように少なくとも一つの成形用具(8)を位置決めして、
前記成形用具(8)は、前記少なくとも一つの盛り上がった部分(8)に対する少なくとも一つの接触面(9)がマイクロ波感受性材料(10)からなり、前記成形用具(8)は前記構造部分(1)に対する接触面(9)を有し、前記接触面(9)の外側の少なくとも一つの領域(12)はマイクロ波透過材料(13)からなり、
c)前記少なくとも一つの成形用具(8)をマイクロ波(3)で照射することにより少なくとも一つの前記盛り上がった部分(7)を重合させる
ことを少なくとも含むことを特徴とする方法。 - b)において、前記少なくとも一つの成形用具(8)は二つの隣接している前記盛り上がった部分(7)と接触するように位置決めされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- b)において、前記複数の盛り上がった部分(7)は複数の相互に作用する前記成形用具(8)によって固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- d)として、前記少なくとも一つの成形用具(8)が取り外される、請求項1から3の一つに記載の方法。
- 繊維強化複合材料(4)を含む少なくとも一層(2)を有する構造部分(1)を製造する成形用具(8)であって、
前記成形用具は三次元の型(11)を有し、
前記成形用具(8)は前記構造部分(1)に対する接触面(9)を有し、少なくとも前記接触面(9)はマイクロ波感受性材料(10)からなり、前記成形用具(8)は前記構造部分(1)に対する接触面(9)を有し、前記接触面(9)の外側の少なくとも一つの領域(12)はマイクロ波透過材料(13)からなる
ことを特徴とする成形用具(8)。 - 前記成形用具(8)は前記構造部分(1)に対する接触面(9)及び前記接触面(9)の反対側に位置している外側面(18)を有し、
断熱材(19)用の手段が前記外側面(18)の近くに設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の成形用具(8)。 - 前記成形用具(8)は少なくとも一つの穴(20)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の成形用具(8)。 - 前記成形用具(8)はアクティブ冷却装置(active cooling system)(21)に少なくとも部分的に接続可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項5から7の一つに記載の成形用具(8)。 - 前記成形用具(8)は少なくとも一つの露出されているマイクロ波導入構造(22)(microwave introduction structure)を有し作られ、前記マイクロ波導入構造(22)はマイクロ波感受性材料(10)からなる前記接触面(9)と相互作用する
ことを特徴とする請求項5から8の一つに記載の成形用具(8)。
