Description
The present invention relates to a drain trap, and more particularly, to a drain trap provided below a water tank so that water drained from a water tank such as a washstand, a sink and a bathtub flows out to the sewage side.
Conventionally, for example, a storage space as a storage unit such as a cabinet is provided below a wash basin of a wash basin used as a water tank, and water drained from the wash basin is disposed on the sewage side in a part of this storage space. A drainage trap is provided to drain the water. Such a conventional drainage trap is generally provided with an S-shaped piping path and is arranged near the center of the cabinet storage space. When storing items in the storage space under the basin, Often suffered from the problem of reducing effective storage space.
Therefore, in the conventional drain trap described in
Further, in such a conventional box-type drain trap, drainage discharged from the drain pipe connected to the drain of the basin to the sealed water chamber and overflowing from the sealed chamber is downstream of the sealed chamber. It drains to the outflow pipe on the side.
However, in the conventional drain trap described above, the outlet portion of the drain pipe connected to the drain of the basin is located below the sealed chamber, while the drain pipe from which the drainage in the sealed chamber flows out. The entrance is located above the sealed chamber. For this reason, the wastewater that has flowed into the sealed chamber from the outlet of the drain pipe once collides with the bottom surface of the sealed chamber, etc., and then turns upward, toward the inlet section of the outlet pipe located above the outlet of the drain pipe. As it rises, it forms a flow that goes around the side of the drain pipe.
Moreover, in the washbasin of the wash basin, hair is often used for shampooing. leak. The drainage flowing out from the outlet of the drainage pipe into the sealed water chamber is not directly directed in the direction of the outflow pipe, but forms a flow that rises around the side of the drainage pipe or the overflow pipe. There is also. If the hair contained in the wastewater is wrapped around the drainage pipe or the overflow pipe by the flow of such drainage, it will be difficult to remove it naturally. There is a problem that other hairs in the drainage adhere to the attached hair one after another and accumulate. Therefore, there is a problem that the drainage performance of the drainage trap may be remarkably deteriorated by the hair accumulated in the sealed water chamber.
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems of the prior art, and it is possible to prevent the drainage performance of the drain trap from deteriorating due to the accumulation of hair in the sealed water chamber such as around the drain pipe. The aim is to provide a drain trap that can be prevented.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a drainage trap for draining water drained from a water tank to the sewage side, and is connected to a drain port of the water tank and guides the drainage flowing out from this drain port. Connected to the drain pipe, forming a flow path for drainage from the drain pipe, and being connected to a sealed water chamber containing sealed water capable of closing an outlet portion of the drain pipe, and the sealed water chamber. And an outflow pipe that guides the waste water overflowing from the sealed water chamber to the sewer side, and the drain pipe has a flow path forming an outlet portion thereof in the sealed water below the sealed surface of the sealed water chamber. A flow path extending convex portion that extends in the opposite direction with respect to the outflow pipe so that the outer peripheral portion of the flow path that forms the outlet portion extends the cross-sectional area of the flow path. It is said.
In the present invention configured as described above, conventionally, the drainage flowing out from the outlet portion of the drain pipe to the sealed chamber is not directly directed to the direction of the outlet pipe, and rises the side surface of the outlet section of the drain pipe. There is also a thing that forms a flow that tries to wrap around, and once the hair contained in the drainage is wrapped around and attached to the side surface of the drainage pipe and the like by this flow, it is difficult to release naturally, Since the outer peripheral part of the flow path forming the outlet part of the drainage pipe is provided with a flow path extension convex part protruding in the opposite direction to the outflow pipe, the flow path of the flow path extension convex part at the outlet part of the drainage pipe When drainage flows into the sealed water chamber, the drainage is not directed directly toward the outflow pipe, and tries to go up the part opposite to the outflow pipe at the outlet of the drainage pipe. Even if a flow is formed, the hair contained in the drainage is Temporarily captured by the flow channel extension protrusion parts. After that, because of the power of flowing water again, the hair that was temporarily attached to the flow path expansion convex part is detached and put on the flowing water, so it does not wrap around the drain pipe or entangle it and leave it attached, It can be reliably discharged from the outflow pipe to the sewage side. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the hair from being accumulated in the sealed water chamber around the drain pipe and the drainage performance of the drain trap from being lowered.
Further, the present invention is a drain trap for draining water drained from the water tank to the sewage side, connected to the drain port of the water tank, leading to the drain water flowing out from this drain port, and connected to the drain pipe A drainage channel from the drainage pipe and a sealed water chamber for containing sealed water capable of closing the outlet portion of the drainage pipe; and connected to the sealed water chamber and overflowing from the sealed water chamber. An outflow pipe for guiding the discharged water to the sewage side, and an overflow pipe whose outlet is positioned upstream of the outflow pipe so as to guide the drainage flowing out from the overflow port opened above the water tank. The drainage pipe has hair adhesion preventing means for preventing hair contained in the drainage in the sealed water chamber from remaining attached to the drainage pipe and the overflow pipe, and prevents the hair from adhering to the drainage pipe. means, the waste water And at least each of the outlet portion is provided with a connecting channel that connects with the water seal chamber, seal the flow passage forming the outlet portion of the drain pipe below the sealing surface of the water of the water seal chamber of the overflow pipe extends into the water, the outer peripheral portion of the channel forming the outlet portion is characterized in that it partially projects from the above outlet tube to expand the cross-sectional area of the flow path.
In the present invention configured as described above, conventionally, the drainage flowing out from the outlet of the drainage pipe to the sealed water chamber is not directly directed to the direction of the outflow pipe, and rises the side surface of the drainage pipe or the overflow pipe. However, once the hair contained in the drainage wraps around the drainage pipe or the side of the overflow pipe and adheres to it, it is difficult to remove it naturally. In the invention, since the drainage pipe is provided with hair adhesion preventing means for preventing the hair contained in the drainage in the sealed water chamber from adhering to the drainage pipe and the overflow pipe, from the outlet of the drainage pipe. When drainage flows into the sealed water chamber, the hair adhering prevention means of the drain pipe can temporarily capture the hair contained in the drainage of the sealed water chamber and Hair, put on running water then disengaged by flowing water of force again, or wound around the drain pipe and overflow pipe, without being able to be left remaining attached entangled, it is reliably discharged from the outlet pipe to the sewer side. Therefore, the hair contained in the drained water flowing out from the drain pipe into the sealed water chamber is reliably prevented from wrapping around and attached to the side surface of the drain pipe or the overflow pipe itself, and sealed water around the drain pipe or the overflow pipe. It is possible to prevent the hair from accumulating in the room and the drainage performance of the drain trap from deteriorating. Furthermore, since the hair adhesion preventing means includes a connecting flow path for connecting at least the respective outlet portions of the drain pipe and the overflow pipe in the sealed water chamber, the gap between the side surfaces of at least the respective outlet portions of the drain pipe and the overflow pipe. Disappears. Therefore, when drainage flows out from the outlet of the drain pipe into the sealed water chamber, the portion forming the connection flow path of the hair adhesion preventing means temporarily captures the hair contained in the drainage of the sealed water chamber. This trapped hair is then separated again by the force of the flowing water and is put on the flowing water, so that it does not wrap around the drainage pipe and the overflow pipe or entangle it and leave it attached. Reliably discharged to the sewer side. As a result, the hair contained in the drainage that has flowed out of the drainage pipe into the sealed chamber is reliably prevented from wrapping around and adhering to the sides of the drainage pipe and the overflow pipe itself, and around the drainage pipe and the overflow pipe. It is possible to prevent the hair from accumulating in the sealed water chamber and the drainage performance of the drain trap from deteriorating.
Furthermore, the present invention is a drain trap for draining water drained from the water tank to the sewage side, connected to the drain of the water tank, leading to the drain discharged from the drain, and connected to the drain pipe A drainage channel from the drainage pipe and a sealed water chamber for containing sealed water capable of closing the outlet portion of the drainage pipe; and connected to the sealed water chamber and overflowing from the sealed water chamber. The means is The outer peripheral portion of the flow passage forming the outlet portion of the tube is provided with a flow channel extension protrusion protruding to close to the overflow tube, the flow passage forming the outlet portion of the drain pipe of the water seal chamber It extends into the sealed water below the sealing surface, and the outer peripheral portion of the flow path forming the outlet portion partially protrudes from the outflow pipe so as to expand the cross-sectional area of the flow path. It is said.
Further, the hair adhesion preventing means includes a channel expansion convex portion protruding so that an outer peripheral portion of the channel forming the outlet portion of the drain pipe is close to the overflow pipe, and at least each of the drain pipe and the overflow pipe There is almost no gap between the side surfaces of the outlet. Therefore, when drainage flows out from the outlet of the drainage pipe to the sealed chamber, the drainage is not directly directed to the direction of the outlet pipe, and there is a slight gap between the drainage pipe's channel expansion convex part and the overflow pipe. Even if a flow that rises around the gap and forms a sneak path is formed, the hair contained in the drainage is temporarily captured by the flow channel expansion protrusion of the hair adhesion preventing means of the drainage pipe. After that, the hair that was temporarily attached to the channel expansion convex part is detached by the force of the flowing water again and put on the flowing water, so that it is wound around the drain pipe and the overflow pipe or is left tangled and attached. Without being discharged from the outflow pipe to the sewage side. As a result, it is possible to prevent the hair drainage performance of the drain trap from deteriorating due to the accumulation of hair in the sealed water chamber around the drain pipe and the overflow pipe.
In the present invention, preferably, the outlet of the drain pipe is disposed between the outflow pipe and the outlet of the overflow pipe.
In the present invention configured as described above, since the outlet part of the drain pipe is disposed between the outlet part of the drain pipe and the outlet part of the overflow pipe, the waste water flowing out from the outlet part of the drain pipe into the sealed chamber flows out. It is possible to secure a wider space that can go around the drain pipe toward the pipe. Therefore, the hair contained in the drainage can be put on the running water by the drainage that flows out from the outlet of the drainage pipe into the sealed water chamber, and can be reliably discharged from the outflow pipe to the sewage side.
According to the drain trap of the present invention, it is possible to prevent the hair from being deposited in the sealed water chamber around the drain pipe and the drainage performance of the drain trap from being lowered.

Furthermore, the

Next, the operation of the drain trap according to the first embodiment of the present invention described above will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5 in particular.
First, drainage containing hair washed away by washing in the
Next, the waste water containing hair that has flowed out from the
Further, the waste water including hair near the
At this time, the hair enters between the rear surface of the
On the other hand, the hair contained in the drainage water in the sealed
According to the
Next, a drain trap according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
6 is a partially enlarged side sectional view of a drain trap according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a sectional view taken along line VII-VII in FIG. Here, in FIGS. 6 and 7, the same parts as those of the drain trap according to the first embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS.
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, in the
The flow channel expansion
In addition, regarding the cross section of the portion of the flow path expansion
Further, a gap is set between the rear surface of the flow path expanding
In the
In addition, even if the hair is temporarily captured by the flow channel expansion
Next, a drain trap according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view similar to FIGS. 5 and 7 of the drain trap according to the third embodiment of the present invention. Here, in FIG. 8, the same parts as those of the drain trap according to the first embodiment and the second embodiment of the present invention described above are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.
As shown in FIG. 8, in the
In the
In the
Next, a drain trap according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
First, FIG. 9 is a schematic front view showing a washstand in which a drain trap according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention is incorporated. Next, FIG. 10 is a schematic side view showing a washstand in which a drain trap according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention is incorporated. FIG. 11 is a partially enlarged side sectional view of the drain trap according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention. Further, FIG. 12 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XII-XII in FIG. Here, in FIGS. 9-12, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected about the part same as the part of the drain trap by 1st Embodiment-3rd Embodiment of this invention mentioned above, and these description is abbreviate | omitted.
As shown in FIGS. 9-12, in the
As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the
The flow path expanding
Regarding the cross section of the portion of the flow channel expansion
Furthermore, the
In the
Further, even if the hair is temporarily captured by the flow path expansion
