The sealed water part is a bottomed cylindrical member configured to be detachable from the trap body, and constitutes an Owan part for storing drainage therein, and the drainage flows into the upper part of the sealed part. The inlet part is configured, and the outlet part for discharging the internal waste water is opened on the side surface of the Owan part. In addition, the drainage passage is comprised in the sealing part in the cross-sectional view U-shape. In addition, an outlet chamber is configured in the trap body portion downstream from the outlet portion as a water flow space for discharging the waste water flowing out from the outlet portion to the outlet.
The drain trap shown in FIG. 10 has the following drainage flow.
When drainage occurs on the bathroom washroom, the drainage is drained into the drainage trap outlet connected to the washing pan, and drainage flows into the trap body from the drainage outlet. Drainage in the trap body enters the sealed water from the inlet portion of the sealed water portion, and is discharged from the outlet portion of the sealed water portion through the sealed water. The waste water drained from the sealed water part is discharged from the outlet of the trap body and finally drained into the sewer pipe. In addition, as for the discharge port in this conventional example, the part by which the drain pipe as a trap main-body part is connected with a sewer pipe becomes a discharge port.
When the waste trap shown in FIG. 10 is clogged with dust downstream from the sealed water, the sealed water part is removed from the trap body, so that the pipe body or the like can be removed from the tank body (bathroom pan in the bathroom). A cleaning member can be inserted into the drainpipe. By doing in this way, the downstream from a sealing part can be easily cleaned from drain outlets, such as a washing place.
As a next conventional example, there is a drain trap attached to a kitchen sink as a tank body as shown in FIG. The drainage trap of this conventional example is comprised from a tank body, a trap main-body part, and a sealing part.
The tank body is a box body, and an opening for drainage is formed at the bottom. In this conventional example, a kitchen sink is used.
The trap body is a device that includes a trap body, which will be described later, and includes a drain port, a discharge port, a sealing portion, a cleaning passage, and a lid, which will be described later.
The drainage port is an inflow port for drainage to flow into the trap body, and in this conventional example, a garbage basket for storing the waste discharged from the kitchen is disposed in the drainage port. Further, the opening is attached to the opening of the sink and allows the drainage on the sink to flow into the trap body. In addition, the drain port is configured by opening an inlet portion for allowing drainage to flow into a sealed water portion, which will be described later, and a cleaning opening portion for allowing the cleaning member to pass therethrough.
The discharge port is an opening for discharging the wastewater that has flowed into the trap body into the sewer pipe. In this conventional example, the drainage is finally connected to the sewer pipe and discharged.
The sealed water part is formed in the trap body, and the pipe body is bent in a U-shape in cross-section to form a drainage passage. The drainage is temporarily stored inside, and the odor and pest from the sewage It is provided with a sealed water that is configured to prevent drainage to the indoor side. In addition, an inlet portion for allowing the wastewater flowing in from the drainage port to flow into the sealed water portion and an outlet portion for discharging the wastewater in the sealed water portion to the outside of the sealed water portion are configured. In addition, an outlet chamber is configured in the trap body portion downstream from the outlet portion as a water flow space for discharging the waste water flowing out from the outlet portion to the outlet.
The cleaning passage is opened so as to communicate downstream from the outlet of the sealing portion from the drain port, and is always closed by a lid portion described later, but is an opening that is opened when the lid portion is removed during cleaning.
The lid portion is a lid for watertightly closing the cleaning port opened in the drain port, and is always closed during normal use, and is configured to be opened only during cleaning.
The drain trap shown in FIG. 11 has the following drainage flow.
When drainage occurs in the sink, the drainage is drained into the drainage port of the drainage trap connected to the sink, and drainage flows from the drainage port into the trap body through the garbage basket. Drainage in the trap body enters the sealed water from the inlet portion of the sealed water portion, and is discharged from the outlet portion of the sealed water portion through the sealed water. The drainage discharged from the sealed water part is discharged from the outlet of the trap body part and finally drained into the sewer pipe. In the conventional example, since the cleaning passage is closed by the lid portion during normal use, the drainage is not drained from the cleaning passage.
When the waste trap described in FIG. 11 is clogged with dust downstream from the sealed water, the cleaning member such as the tube body is removed from the tank body (sink) side by removing the lid from the drain port. It can be inserted downstream from the sealed portion of the trap body through the cleaning passage. By doing in this way, the downstream from a sealing part can be easily cleaned from drains, such as a sink.
When the conventional drain trap as shown in FIG. 10 as described above is used, the trap body is disposed in a narrow interior called a drain pipe, and further disposed in a sealed trap body configured in a U shape. Therefore, the water flow areas of the inlet, outlet, and outlet chambers are inevitably narrowed, and often do not satisfy the performance as drainage in the trap headquarters. Since the other openings became smaller and it was difficult to balance the drainage flow rate, the drainage flow rate was very poor. Furthermore, since a drain trap must be provided below the drain port, the trap body cannot be inserted below the drain port if the size of the trap body is larger than the size of the trap body. The main body cannot be attached.
In addition, the drain trap as shown in FIG. 11 has a problem that the water flow area at the outlet is small and the drainage flow rate is low, and that dust in the drainage is easily clogged.
Therefore, the drainage trap of the present invention is a drainage trap that allows the cleaning member to be easily inserted downstream from the sealing water from the drainage port, and the drainage can be smoothly drained, resulting in clogging of dust. In addition, a drain trap that is easy to construct is provided.

The drainage trap according to claim 9 of the present invention is characterized in that the
