Description
フィルタ部材は好ましくは、液体源からの液体が流入する入口部と、出口開口および前集塵室とが形成されている出口部とを含む。出口部は好ましくは側壁内に出口開口を有する液体管路の形状を有し、集塵室は好ましくは出口部の閉鎖端によって画定される。出口部は好ましくは概ね垂直に配設され、かつ集塵室は好ましくは出口部の最下端に形成される。出口部は好ましくはチューブ構造であり、もっとも好ましくは概ね円筒形である。この構成において、フィルタ部材の出口部が好ましくは、流体入口の中央の長手軸に沿って延在する。そして好ましくは、すべての点において流体入口の内部表面からは離間している。
Claims (16)
- 呼吸回路において吸入前にガスを加湿するために使用する加湿チャンバ(10)であって、該加湿チャンバが多量の液体を収容するのに適応し、かつ、
ガス入口部(16)と、
ガス出口部(16)と、
第1の弁座(34)を含む流体入口(30)と、
アクチュエータ部材(42)を有するバルブと、
を備え、
前記アクチュエータ部材(42)は、第1のフロート(40)と操作可能に連結され、前記加湿チャンバ(10)内の液面高さの変化によって引き起こされる前記第1のフロート(40)の上昇に応じて、前記加湿チャンバ(10)内の前記液体が所定の許容液面高さよりも低いときに、前記アクチュエータ部材(42)が前記第1の弁座(34)から開放されて、前記液体が前記流体入口(30)を通って前記加湿チャンバ(10)内へ流入可能となる開配置と、前記加湿チャンバ(10)内の前記液体が所定の許容液面高さ以上のときに、前記アクチュエータ部材(42)が前記第1の弁座(34)と係合して、前記液体が前記流体入口(30)を通って前記加湿チャンバ内へ流入することが妨げられる閉配置と、の間を移動可能であり、
前記流体入口(30)は第2の弁座(35)を有し、かつ前記アクチュエータ部材(42)は、前記加湿チャンバ(10)内の液面高さが前記所定の許容高さを超えて増加することによる前記第1のフロート(40)のさらなる上昇に応答して変形配置へと変形可能であり、前記アクチュエータ部材(42)が前記第2の弁座(35)と係合して、液体が前記流体入口(30)を通って前記加湿チャンバ(10)内へ流入することを阻止する、
ことを特徴とする加湿チャンバ(10)。 - 前記アクチュエータ部材(42)を変形させて前記第2の弁座(35)に係合させる力が、前記第1のフロート(40)の浮力によって生じ、前記力は前記加湿チャンバ(10)内の液面高さの増加と共に増加する、請求項1に記載の加湿チャンバ(10)。
- 前記加湿チャンバ(10)内の液面高さが所定の許容高さを超えて増加すると、前記第1のフロート(40)に上向きの浮力を伝達して前記第1のフロート(40)をさらに上昇させる第2のフロート(50)を備える請求項2に記載の加湿チャンバ(10)。
- 前記第1の弁座(34)および第2の弁座(35)はいずれも連続体である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の加湿チャンバ(10)。
- 前記第1の弁座(34)が前記第2の弁座(35)で囲まれる空間の内部に配設される、請求項4に記載の加湿チャンバ(10)。
- 前記第1の弁座(34)および第2の弁座(35)は実質的に円形である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の加湿チャンバ(10)。
- 前記第1の弁座(34)および第2の弁座(35)は概ね同心状に配設される、請求項6に記載の加湿チャンバ(10)。
- 前記閉配置においては前記アクチュエータ部材(42)は前記第1の弁座(34)とのみ係合し、前記変形配置においては前記アクチュエータ部材(42)は前記第1の弁座(34)および第2の弁座(35)の両方と係合するように前記バルブが配設される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の加湿チャンバ(10)。
- 前記アクチュエータ部材(42)は、使用の際に前記第1の弁座(34)および第2の弁座(35)と係合する作用面を含み、前記開配置においては、前記作用面は実質的に平坦であって、前記第2の弁座(35)が、前記第1の弁座(34)よりも、前記アクチュエータ部材(42)の前記作用面から遠距離に配設される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の加湿チャンバ(10)。
- 前記アクチュエータ部材(42)は、前記第1のフロート(40)と係合するバルブクッション(42)の形態を有し、かつ、前記バルブクッション(42)が使用の際に前記第1のフロート(40)の外部表面に向かって変形できるように、バブルクッション(42)の少なくとも一部が前記第1のフロート(40)の外部表面から離間している、請求項9に記載の加湿チャンバ(10)。
- 前記バルブクッション(42)が前記第1のフロート(40)の上部表面にあるリセス内部に搭載されたカップ形状をなし、かつ、前記バルブクッション(42)のベースが前記作用面を画定し、使用の際に前記バルブクッション(42)が変形できるように、前記リセスのベースから離間している、請求項10に記載の加湿チャンバ(10)。
- 前記流体入口(30)が前記加湿チャンバ(10)の壁の開口部を貫通して延在し、かつ、前記流体入口(30)は、一端が液体源への接続に適応し、もう一方の端部が前記加湿チャンバへ(10)の液体の導入に適応する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の加湿チャンバ(10)。
- 前記流体入口(30)が、液体が前記加湿チャンバ(10)に入るための出口穴を含み、かつ、前記第1の弁座(34)及び第2の弁座(35)が前記出口穴の周りに延在する、請求項12に記載の加湿チャンバ(10)。
- 前記出口穴が前記流体入口(30)のほかの部分に比べて小さい直径となっている、請求項13に記載の加湿チャンバ(10)。
- 前記流体入口(30)が前記出口穴に至る傾斜した端部を含む、請求項14に記載の加湿チャンバ(10)。
- 前記第1の弁座(34)および第2の弁座(35)が前記流体入口(30)と一体で形成されている、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の加湿チャンバ(10)。
