Claims (7)
- 内燃機関のための燃焼室圧力センサであって、
内燃機関(100)の収容開口(101)に挿入可能なセンサボディ(1)を備えており、該センサボディ(1)には、燃焼室側において前記収容開口(101)内で前記センサボディ(1)をシールするためのシール装置と、前記収容開口(101)内で燃焼室圧力センサを固定するための固定手段(8)とが設けられ、シール装置が、個別に製作された耐熱性のシールエレメント(4)を備えており、該シールエレメント(4)は、前記センサボディ(1)の外側面(3)を包囲して配置されている、燃焼室圧力センサにおいて、
前記センサボディ(1)は、前記収容開口(101)内において、前記シールエレメント(4)と前記固定手段(8)との間に、軸方向に緊締されずに配置されており、前記シールエレメント(4)は、弾性的であり、グラファイト又はテフロン(登録商標)から製作されており、
前記固定手段(8)は、前記センサボディ(1)の前記シールエレメント(4)とは反対側において前記収容開口(101)よりも径が大きいヘッド部分(8)として形成され、
前記ヘッド部分(8)は、前記センサボディ(1)を挿入する際に、内燃機関(100)の燃焼室とは反対側に当接して前記収容開口(101)をカバーし、前記ヘッド部分(8)は、前記内燃機関(100)に固定された緊締爪部(102)により、前記内燃機関(100)のシリンダヘッドに押し付けられる、内燃機関のための燃焼室圧力センサ。 - シールエレメント(4)は、センサボディ(1)の外側面(3)に固定されている、請求項1記載の燃焼室圧力センサ。
- シールエレメント(4)は、センサボディ(1)の外側面(3)に設けられたリング溝(5)に固定されている、請求項2記載の燃焼室圧力センサ。
- シールエレメント(4)は、センサボディ(1)の挿入状態で、収容開口(101)の内壁に対して予荷重を掛けている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の燃焼室圧力センサ。
- シールエレメント(4)は、リング状に形成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の燃焼室圧力センサ。
- シールエレメント(4)は、スリーブ状に形成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の燃焼室圧力センサ。
- シールエレメント(4)は、高い熱伝導率を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の燃焼室圧力センサ。
