Claims (14)
- 細長いシャフトを有する生検デバイスであって、前記シャフトが、
内部空間を囲む壁と、
先端を持ち、光の放出及び/又は受信を可能にする繊維とを備え、
前記壁が、透明な第1の物質を有し、前記第1の物質が、UV硬化可能液体であり、液体から固体への移行が、前記UV硬化可能液体へのUV照射により得られ、
前記繊維の前記先端は、前記第1の物質に埋め込まれる、生検デバイス。 - 前記壁が、第2の物質を更に有し、
前記第2の物質は、透明でない外管を形成し、
前記外管において穴が提供される、請求項1に記載の生検デバイス。 - 前記繊維の前記先端が、前記細長いシャフトの軸に対して傾けられる端部表面を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の生検デバイス。
- 反射層が、前記繊維の前記先端の前記傾斜した端部表面に提供される、請求項3に記載の生検デバイス。
- 気泡が、前記第1の物質において提供され、
前記気泡は、前記繊維の前記先端の前記傾斜した端部表面に配置される、請求項3に記載の生検デバイス。 - 反射粒子が、前記繊維の前記先端の前に提供される、請求項3に記載の生検デバイス。
- 前記反射粒子が、前記繊維の前記先端の前記斜面に別々に形成される液滴又は層において提供される、請求項6に記載の生検デバイス。
- 生検デバイスのシャフトを製造する方法において、
先端を持ち、光の放出及び/又は受信を可能にする繊維を提供するステップと、
前記シャフトの内部空間を囲む壁を形成するステップであって、前記繊維が完全に覆われる態様で、前記繊維の周りをUV硬化可能液体で懸濁するステップと、固体となるようUV照射により前記UV硬化可能液体を硬化させるステップとを含む、ステップとを有し、
前記壁が、透明な第1の物質を有し、前記第1の物質が、UV硬化可能液体であり、
前記繊維の先端は、前記第1の物質に埋め込まれる、方法。 - 前記壁が、第2の物質を更に有し、
前記第2の物質は、透明でない外管を形成し、
前記外管において穴が提供される、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記繊維の前記先端に端部表面を提供するステップを更に有し、前記端部表面が、前記細長いシャフトの軸に対して傾けられる、請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維の前記先端の前記傾斜した端部表面に反射層を提供するステップを更に有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の物質において気泡を提供するステップを更に有し、
前記気泡が、前記繊維の前記先端の前記傾斜した端部表面に配置される、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記繊維の前記先端の前に反射粒子を提供するステップを更に有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 反射粒子を含む液滴又は層を形成するステップと、
前記繊維の前記先端の前記斜面に前記液滴又は層を提供するステップとを更に有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
