Description
ガラスフリットであるBA351(Nihon Yamamura Glass製のBi系低融点ガラス、軟化点598℃)、LFZ80(Nihon Yamamura Glass製のZn−B系低融点ガラス、軟化点580℃)、4724(S)、4724(30μm)(Nihon Houru Yuyaku製のホウケイ酸系低融点ガラス、軟化点620℃)、PCS(Nihon Houru Yuyaku製のリン酸系低融点ガラス、軟化点680℃)、研磨粒子(ダイヤモンド粒子)であるLS6BXT 1/2−1、LS6BXT 6−11、LS6BXT 22−36(LANDS PRODUCTS製)、及びRJK−1C3M(GE Micron PRODUCTS製)を、表1に記載の割合で混合し、1重量%アルギン酸ナトリウム水溶液8g中に分散させた。スラリー分散液を、ノズル径500μmの滴下装置を用いて10重量%塩化カルシウム水溶液に滴下し、自然に形成される球状ゲル凝集体を80℃で一晩乾燥した。次いで、乾燥した球状ゲル凝集体を、それぞれガラスフリットの軟化点付近の温度(700〜750℃)まで加熱し、実施例1〜16の焼成凝集体を調製した。得られた焼成凝集体の色及び形状は、表1に記載のとおりであった。
ガラスフリット及び研磨粒子を表1に記載の割合で混合し、この混合物を1重量%アルギン酸ナトリウム水溶液3g中に分散させた以外は、実施例1と同様の方法を用い、実施例17〜24の焼成凝集体を調製した。得られた焼成凝集体の色及び形状は、表1に記載のとおりであった。
ガラスフリット及び研磨粒子を表1に記載の割合で混合し、この混合物を1重量%アルギン酸アンモニウム水溶液8g中に分散させた以外は、実施例1と同様の方法を用い、実施例25の焼成凝集体を調製した。
得られた焼成凝集体の色及び形態を、表1に記載する。
Claims (3)
- ガラスフリット、研磨粒子及び水溶性多糖類を含有するスラリーの液滴を、金属塩含有溶液内に滴下して球状凝集体を調製する工程と、
該凝集体を焼成する工程と、を含む、焼成凝集体の製造方法。 - 前記水溶性多糖類がアルギン酸又はアルギン酸塩のうちの1つである、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記金属塩含有溶液が、Mg2+、Ca2+、Sr2+、Ba2+、Mn2+、Fe2+、Fe3+、Co2+、Co3+、Ni2+、Cu2+、Al3+、及びCr3+の中から選択される金属イオンのうち少なくとも1種を含有する、請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法。
