Claims (9)
- インビボ(in-vivo)撮像システムであって、
モダリティの撮像領域中の被検体のインビボ撮像データを取得するための、小型動物撮像モダリティである、第1撮像モダリティ、及び、前記第1撮像モダリティに対して移動可能な第2撮像モダリティであって、ユーザの仮説検証の要求を容易にするためにユーザによって配置可能である第2撮像モダリティ、
生データを画像表現に再構成する再構成プロセッサ、
前記第1及び前記第2撮像モダリティへの電子インタフェイスをユーザに提供する研究ワークステーションであって、前記第1及び前記第2撮像モダリティと接続可能である研究ワークステーションを有し、
前記ワークステーションは、ユーザが前記インビボ撮像システムに用いるために新たな調査を作成すること及び既存の調査を修正することの1つを可能にする調査設計ユーザインタフェイスを含み、前記ワークステーションはさらに、
ユーザが既存の臨床調査パッケージを呼び出すことを可能にし、標準摂取値ツール、薬物生体反応学ツール、心臓病学ツール、神経病学ツール、腫瘍学ツール、骨密度計測ツール及び新血管形成ツールのうちの少なくとも1つをユーザが評価することを可能にする定量化ユーザインタフェイスをさらに含み、
前記インビボ撮像システムが、撮像セッションの間に動物カプセルを前記第1又は前記第2撮像モダリティの撮像領域中に最適に位置決めする保定器をさらに含み、
前記動物カプセルは、複数の動物ベッド、生理学的センサ、ヒーター、麻酔用コーン、及び、前記複数の動物ベッドと前記生理学的センサと前記ヒーターと前記麻酔用コーンとを覆う単一のカバーを有し、
前記動物カプセルが、準備領域、前記第1撮像モダリティ及び前記第2撮像モダリティに配置されるいくつかのドッキングインタフェイスにドッキング可能であるように、前記準備領域、前記第1撮像モダリティ及び前記第2撮像モダリティに配置される前記ドッキングインタフェイスは同じであり、
前記インビボ撮像システムが、
鎮静期間の間に被検体のバイタルサインをモニタリングし、前記いくつかのドッキングインタフェイスを介して前記被検体に調整された麻酔を供給する、少なくとも1つの動物モニタリング及び麻酔システムをさらに含む、インビボ撮像システム。 - 前記調査設計ユーザインタフェイスが、ユーザが撮像と計算方法との間の関係を指定することを可能にする、請求項1に記載のインビボ撮像システム。

- 統計分析を報告するためのデータ報告方法をユーザがカスタマイズすることを可能にする報告ユーザインタフェイスをさらに含む、請求項5に記載のインビボ撮像システム。
- 準備領域、前記第1撮像モダリティ及び前記第2撮像モダリティのうちの少なくとも1つを介した麻酔供給を調整するためにユーザによって制御可能な麻酔制御ユーザインタフェイスをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のインビボ撮像システム。
- 前記第1又は前記第2撮像モダリティに配置されるタッチスクリーンをさらに含み、当該タッチスクリーンを介してユーザと前記研究ワークステーションが接続される、請求項1に記載のインビボ撮像システム。
- ローカルモダリティ機能を制御し、前記第1又は前記第2撮像モダリティに対して定義された調査の経過を追い、前記タッチスクリーンから前記研究ワークステーションへ入力を提供するモダリティコントローラをさらに含む、請求項8に記載のインビボ撮像システム。
