Description
本発明の実施例1について、図及び表を参照して以下詳しく説明する。
本実施例では、CaTiO3:Biの製造における焼成条件について説明する。実施例1で示した同じ条件の製造方法において、焼成温度を変えて調べた。焼成時間6h、Biの添加量を0.2at.%とし、900、1000、1100、1200℃で焼成した試料を合成した。
Claims (4)
- ペロブスカイト型の無機酸化物蛍光体であって、
CaTiO3にBi元素を0.1原子%以上0.4原子%以下添加し、白色蛍光特性を有することを特徴とする無機酸化物蛍光体。 - 450から700nmの波長全域で発光スペクトルを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の無機酸化物蛍光体。
- CaTiO3に、Bi元素を0.1原子%以上0.4原子%以下添加し、900℃以上1100℃以下で焼成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の無機酸化物蛍光体の製造方法。
- 請求項1乃至2のいずれか1項記載の無機酸化物蛍光体を有することを特徴とする発光装置。
