Claims (13)
- 木質材料製の個別の壁部から少なくとも部分的に作製する壁を有する風力発電装置用タワーであって、
その壁部を連結手段を介して互いに連結し、仮設の補助体である支保工を少なくとも部分的にタワー内部に設け、その支保工によって壁部を保持した形で連結させ、
壁部の支保工への配設を、壁部から形成されるタワー壁を通る縦断面の表面線が、タワーが高くなるにつれて大きくなる勾配を有する形態とする
ことを特徴とするタワー。 - タワーが多角形のベース領域を有する
請求項1に記載のタワー。 - 表面線が、少なくとも部分的に、放物線、多項式曲線、指数関数曲線、円弧、及び/またはクロソイド曲線である
請求項1または2に記載のタワー。 - 支保工が複数部分から組立てられ、その各部分が好適にはその各部分の上端部に、タワーにおける補剛水平面としてのプラットホームを有し、そのプラットホームに対して壁部を連結し、プラットホームを好適にはタワーの補剛水平面とし、好適には支保工を木造骨組構造体とし、その木造骨組構造体に好適には少なくとも4つのスタンドを設け、そのスタンドを、支柱、棒、頭部ブロック、底部ブロックによって連結し、プラットホームを少なくとも2部分から形成する
請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のタワー。 - 壁部を、螺旋状の面を形成するように互いにオフセットして配設し、その螺旋状形態を好適には単一の螺旋または複数の単一螺旋から形成した多重螺旋とし、単一または複数の螺旋の個別な構成部品の上側当接辺を、連続した線または段にする
請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のタワー。 - 木質材料を、交差積層木材または木質複合材料とし、前記タワーを、現場で個別な壁部から組立て可能な構成とする
請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のタワー。 - タワーの外側の表面にコーティングを施し、好適にはそのコーティングにより、タワーの表面に作用する引張荷重の少なくとも一部を吸収し、その表面が、外部から作用する環境からの影響、特に湿気に対して密閉する
請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のタワー。 - コーティングを、タワーの外側の表面に対して、全領域にわたり少なくとも部分的に付与し、コーティングを、層材、フィルム、パネル、または繊維品とし、好適には、コーティングを少なくとも部分的にタワー表面に接着結合させ、コーティングは、好適には接着結合または溶接して互いに連結する個別の部分を備え、特に好適には、コーティングを、タワーの壁部に直接付与する
請求項7に記載のタワー。 - 壁部が、支保工に取着された後に、表面線の方向に湾曲する形態である
請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載のタワー。 - プラットホームを、タワーの中心軸の方向に、同等に小さくなる構成のものとする
請求項4に記載のタワー。 - 支保工の少なくとも一部分は、壁部を取着する取付領域を有し、その取付領域を、支保工の足部とタワーにおける補剛水平面としてのプラットホームとの間に配設する
請求項3ないし10のいずれかに記載のタワー。 - 表面線が部分毎に直線的に上昇する形態である
請求項1、2または4ないし11のいずれかに記載のタワー。 - 風力発電装置用タワーを建設する方法であって、
仮設の補助体である支保工の第1部分を基礎に取付けるステップと、
第1壁部を提供するステップと、
第1壁部を基礎に取付けるステップと、
第1壁部を支保工の第1部分に締着するステップと、
支保工の次の部分を、支保工部分の上側へ付与するステップと、
次の壁部を、その壁部の下にある部分に取着するステップと、
既に取付けた壁部及び支保工との保持連結を作製するステップとを有し、
そのステップを、支保工の最上部分を取付け、最終壁部を締着するまで繰り返し、壁部を、タワーが高くなるにつれて勾配が大きくなる表面線を作製するように配設する
ことを特徴とする方法。
