Description
The present invention relates to a water-based cosmetic containing titanium oxide and an organic pigment. More specifically, the titanium oxide is excellent in stability of sedimentation over time, hardly causes a hard cake even when the titanium oxide settles, and can be easily stirred. The present invention relates to a water-based cosmetic that is redispersible and that is suitable for nail art and other nail arts excellent in usability and application performance, and for skin coloring.
Conventionally, many water-based cosmetics containing titanium oxide having excellent hiding power have been known.
The titanium oxide contained in the aqueous cosmetic will settle and form a hard cake when left standing for a long time. This hard cake has a problem that redispersion by stirring or the like is not easy.
Conventionally, as a skin coloring cosmetic with good pigment dispersibility during storage, at least water, a pigment containing titanium oxide, a skin coloring cosmetic containing a resin, and a styrene-acrylic acid copolymer as a resin, Contains at least one resin selected from the group consisting of a styrene-maleic acid copolymer, a styrene-alkyl acrylate copolymer, and a styrene-alkyl maleate copolymer, and a base such as ammonia or amines, and further a clay type Skin coloring cosmetics comprising at least one thickener selected from inorganic thickeners, inorganic fine particle thickeners, and polysaccharide thickeners (see, for example,
In addition, a water-based nail polish that improves dispersibility by blending a powder obtained by hydrophilizing a powder such as titanium oxide with a silylating agent having a polyoxyethylene chain and an acrylic polymer emulsion ( For example, see Patent Document 2).
However, even in aqueous cosmetics such as skin coloring cosmetics and water-based beauty nails described in
Furthermore, when a water-based cosmetic containing titanium oxide is accommodated in a pen-type applicator, the pen tip is dried, and particularly in an aqueous cosmetic containing an organic pigment, the organic pigment is aggregated. -There is a problem of hardening the cake by solidifying.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art and is intended to solve this problem. It has excellent sedimentation stability over time, hardly causes a hard cake even when titanium oxide settles, and can be easily regenerated by stirring. An object of the present invention is to provide an aqueous cosmetic that is dispersible and excellent in usability and application performance.
In light of the above-described conventional problems, the present inventors intend to solve this problem, and include at least a specific amount of titanium oxide, an organic pigment, an acrylic resin having specific physical properties, and water.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
The aqueous cosmetic of the present invention is characterized by containing 5 to 30% by mass of titanium oxide, an organic pigment, an alkali-soluble acrylic resin, and water.
Titanium oxide used in the present invention exhibits excellent hiding power when applied to skin, nails and the like, and is not particularly limited as long as it is titanium oxide usually used in aqueous cosmetics. However, from the viewpoint of surface activity control, it is preferable to use titanium oxide that has been subjected to alumina treatment.
Examples of titanium oxide that can be used include at least one of each of commercially available A-100, W-100 (and above, manufactured by Ishihara Sangyo Co., Ltd.), JR, and JA-1 (and above, manufactured by Teika). A mixture of two or more kinds, the same applies hereinafter), and as the titanium oxide subjected to alumina treatment, for example, commercially available CR50, CR60, CR67, PF737, R680 (above, manufactured by Ishihara Sangyo Co., Ltd.), At least one of R900 and the like (manufactured by Deyupon) can be used.
The content of these titanium oxides is 5 to 30% by mass (hereinafter simply referred to as “%”), preferably 8 to 25%, based on the total amount of the aqueous cosmetic.
When the titanium oxide content is less than 5%, the coating film has poor concealability. On the other hand, when it exceeds 30%, the viscosity of the aqueous cosmetic becomes unstable, which is not preferable.

The content of these organic pigments is 0.05 to 15 with respect to the total amount of the water-based cosmetic from the viewpoints of color developability, suitable viscosity, and smooth dischargeability in the water-based cosmetic applicator provided with the application body. % Is preferable, and 0.1 to 10% is more preferable.
If the content of the organic pigment is less than 0.05%, good color development cannot be obtained. On the other hand, if the content exceeds 15%, the viscosity increases, the outflow property decreases, and aggregation easily occurs. It is not preferable.
The alkali-soluble acrylic resin used in the present invention functions as a dispersant such as titanium oxide in aqueous cosmetics, and also functions as a fixing resin after coating. Specifically, (alkyl acrylate) / Octylacrylamide) copolymer, alkyl acrylate copolymer and the like. More specifically, the composition has a carboxyl group and is dissolved in water on the alkali side.
In addition, in this invention, it adjusts suitably with a pH adjuster etc. until an alkali-soluble type acrylic resin melt | dissolves. As the pH adjuster, 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, 2-amino-2-methyl-1,3-propanediol, triethanolamine, L-arginine, aqueous ammonia, sodium hydroxide, etc. are used. Particularly preferred is 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol. The alkali-soluble acrylic resin is stable (dissolvable) up to around pH 7.0 once it is dissolved on the alkali side.

DERMACRYL AQF (manufactured by Akzo Nobel), which is an alkyl acrylate copolymer emulsion, can be used.
Preferably, it is desirable to use an (alkyl acrylate / octyl acrylamide) copolymer from the viewpoint of further improving the dispersibility of titanium oxide.
The content of these alkali-soluble acrylic resins is preferably 0.05 to 30%, more preferably in terms of solid content, with respect to the total amount of the aqueous cosmetic from the viewpoints of titanium oxide dispersion stability, adhesion, and the like. Is preferably 0.1 to 20%.
If the content of the alkali-soluble acrylic resin is less than 0.05%, sufficient pigment dispersibility cannot be obtained. On the other hand, if it exceeds 30%, the stability over time is affected, which is not preferable. .
In the present invention, an alkali-soluble acrylic resin is used as a suitable dispersant for titanium oxide, and more preferably, the mass ratio of the alkali-soluble acrylic resin to titanium oxide is relative to
If this mass ratio is less than 0.01, the further effect of the present invention cannot be exhibited, and even if it exceeds 1, it does not exceed the upper limit of the content of the alkali-soluble acrylic resin. Absent.
In the present invention, it is preferable to contain a water-soluble organic solvent from the viewpoint of improvement in finishing properties and improvement in moisture retention of an application body such as a pen tip of an applicator.
Examples of water-soluble organic solvents that can be used include water such as 1,3-butylene glycol, 1,4-butylene glycol, pentylene glycol, ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, and glycerin. Soluble glycols.
The content of these water-soluble organic solvents is 1 to 20% with respect to the total amount of the aqueous cosmetic, preferably 8
Used in a range of ˜15%.
If the content of the water-soluble organic solvent (glycols soluble in water) is less than 1%, the effect of containing the water-soluble organic solvent cannot be exhibited. May adversely affect preferred dispersion.
The aqueous cosmetic of the present invention contains the above titanium oxide, organic pigment, alkali-soluble acrylic resin, etc., and can further contain ethanol for quick drying. Chelating agents, thickeners (natural polysaccharides such as xanthan gum) that are usually used in liquid cosmetics, water-soluble polymers, various surfactants for reducing surface tension, and antibacterial effects, as long as the effects of the invention are not impaired. An appropriate amount of an agent, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorber, a fragrance and the like can be contained.
Examples of the antibacterial agent that can be used include parabens, sodium dehydroacetate, phenoxyethanol and the like. The antibacterial agent of the present invention contains a preservative, and parabens that are antiseptics include methyl paraoxybenzoate, ethyl paraoxybenzoate, propyl paraoxybenzoate, butyl paraoxybenzoate, and paraoxybenzoic acid. Isopropyl or the like can be used.
The aqueous cosmetic composition of the present invention contains the above-mentioned components, and the balance is prepared with water (purified water, ion-exchanged water, distilled water, etc.), and the viscosity is measured with a cone plate viscometer at a temperature of 25 ° C. in, the viscosity of the shear rate 3.83S -1 is not higher than 150 mPa · s, the viscosity of the shear rate 383S -1 it is preferably not more than 20 mPa · s.
When the viscosity at the shear rate of 3.83 s −1 exceeds 150 mPa · s, and when the viscosity at the shear rate of 383 s −1 exceeds 20 mPa · s, the followability is deteriorated.
In addition, in order to satisfy the viscosity at each of the above shear rates, it is prepared by suitably combining titanium oxide, an organic pigment, an alkali-soluble acrylic resin, etc., contained in the water-based cosmetic within the above ranges of the respective contents. Can do. Moreover, it can adjust using a thickener (natural polysaccharide, a mineral type, etc.) etc. suitably.
The aqueous cosmetic composition of the present invention is prepared by mixing and dispersing the above-described components in a mixing and dispersing machine such as a bead mill, a homomixer, a disper, an attritor, a ball mill, a sand grinder, and the like with the contents in the above ranges. The
The aqueous cosmetic composition of the present invention configured as described above has at least titanium oxide, an organic pigment, and an alkali-soluble acrylic resin, so that titanium oxide is stably dispersed in water and has predetermined physical properties. Therefore, even if there is sedimentation of titanium oxide, a hard cake is unlikely to occur, and it can be easily redispersed with light agitation, and nail art such as nail art with excellent usability and application performance. Thus, an aqueous cosmetic suitable for skin coloring and the like can be obtained.
In the present invention, by including an alkali-soluble acrylic resin as a dispersing agent such as titanium oxide, the dispersion performance superior to that of a conventional styrene-acrylic resin or the like is exhibited. This is presumably because a soft cake can be formed by the absence of a styrene group.
Furthermore, in the present invention, even when an aqueous cosmetic containing titanium oxide is accommodated in a pen-type applicator described later, the pen tip dries out, so that an organic pigment is particularly blended. Even in the case of an aqueous cosmetic, an unprecedented aqueous cosmetic is obtained in which the organic pigment does not aggregate and solidify.
The aqueous cosmetic composition of the present invention configured as described above includes a pen-type liquid applicator, specifically, at least a liquid storage unit and an application body, and the application body from the liquid storage unit by capillary force. It is accommodated in the liquid storage part of the applicator to which the liquid is transported and can be used.
For example, as shown in FIG. 1, a liquid storage unit in which the water-based cosmetic material having the above-described configuration (in this embodiment, a water-based beauty nail material) is built-in as the applicator with a water-based cosmetic material that stores the water-based cosmetic material of the present invention. 11 and an

The applicator with a built-in water-based cosmetic of the present invention comprises a liquid storage part in which the water-based cosmetic having the above characteristics is built in and an application body, and the water-based cosmetic from the liquid storage part to the application body by capillary force. By applying the above-mentioned application body with capillary force, it is excellent in usability and can easily draw beautiful lines and patterns on nails, skin, etc. Thus, an applicator with a built-in water-based cosmetic excellent in finish is provided.

* 1 to * 8 in Table 1 are as follows.
* 1: Alumina-treated titanium oxide, manufactured by Ishihara Sangyo Co., Ltd. * 2: manufactured by Ajinomoto Co. * 3: manufactured by Akzo Nobel * 4: manufactured by Akzo Nobel * 5: manufactured by BASF * 6: manufactured by BASF * 7: Eco Gum RD, Dainippon Sumitomo Pharma Co., Ltd. * 8: Mixed liquid of methylparaben, ethylparaben, and phenoxyethanol
As is clear from the results of Table 1 above, Examples 1 to 10 of the present invention are superior to titanium oxide over time in terms of stability from the results of the hard cake test, as compared with Comparative Examples 1 to 4 that are outside the scope of the present invention. Aqueous makeup that hard-forms even when titanium oxide settles, can be easily redispersed by stirring, can be applied smoothly without fading, and the base is hidden and color development is good It turned out to be a fee.
Looking at the comparative examples individually, the comparative example 1 is inferior in hiding power because the content of titanium oxide is small, and the comparative example 2 lacks an alkali-soluble acrylic resin with respect to titanium oxide. Causes cake. In Comparative Examples 3 and 4, since it did not contain an alkali-soluble acrylic resin, it was found that titanium oxide settles to form a hard cake and redispersion is not easy.
