Claims (12)
- ヤーンを製造する方法であって、前記ヤーンが布において用いられ、前記布が伝動ベルトにおいて用いられ、前記ヤーンを製造する方法が、
熱可塑性ポリマーの連続フィラメントを備えている束を供給するステップと、
前記束を、エンジンにおいて使用される場合に前記伝動ベルトが受ける温度に対して耐熱性を有する耐熱材料からなる繊維を備えているスライバーと接触させるステップと、
引き上げ工程において前記フィラメント及び前記スライバーを結合して非混合又は低混合の束を作るステップと、
前記非混合又は低混合の束中にガス噴射を適用して前記非混合又は低混合の束中に前記耐熱材料からなる繊維を分散させ、それにより前記繊維を前記フィラメントの間に分散させるステップと、
を備えているヤーン製造方法。 - 前記耐熱材料が、ガラス、炭素、または非熱可塑性ポリマーから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非熱可塑性ポリマーが、アラミド、ポリアミドイミド、ポリイミドアミド、液晶高分子、ポリイミド、ポリベンゾイミダゾール、またはPTFEから選択されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマーが、嵩高加工された熱可塑性ポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つの洗浄ステップを、さらに備える請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマーが、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、PBT、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルイミド、又はポリオレフィンから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記非混合又は低混合の束が、前記耐熱材料からなる繊維を5重量%〜75重量%備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性の前記フィラメントが、33〜2000デシテックスの範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記耐熱材料からなる繊維の長さが、10mm〜200mmであることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ヤーンであって、前記ヤーンが布において用いられ、前記布が伝動ベルトにおいて用いられ、
33〜2000デシテックスの範囲の熱可塑性ポリマーからなるフィラメントと、
エンジンにおいて使用される場合に前記伝動ベルトが受ける温度に対して耐熱性を有する耐熱材料からなると共に10mm〜200mmの長さを有する繊維と、
を備え、前記耐熱材料からなる繊維であって、並列関係に互いにほぼ整列されて重なり合っている前記繊維が、前記熱可塑性ポリマーからなるフィラメントと並列関係にほぼ整列されて前記フィラメントの間に分散されていることを特徴とするヤーン。 - 請求項10に記載のヤーンを備えている布。
- 請求項11に記載の布を備えている伝動ベルト。
