Description
The present invention relates to a heat insulating material, a heat insulating material construction method, and a heat insulating structure for a roof.
Conventionally, the heat insulation structure of the building described in the following patent document is known as a technique in such a field. In the heat insulating structure of
However, in the construction of such a heat insulating material, it is desired to rationalize the construction such as improving workability and reducing processes. For example, the heat insulating materials in
Then, an object of this invention is to provide the heat insulating material which enables construction of the heat insulating material from the downward direction easily, the construction method of a heat insulating material, and the heat insulating structure of a roof.
The heat insulating material of the present invention is a heat insulating material used for the heat insulating structure of the roof, and is passed between the adjacent main buildings of the roof portion in the installed state, and on the side surface of the eave side main building located on the eave side of the main building. A plate-like end surface having an eave side end surface having a flat portion formed along the ridge side end surface and a ridge side end surface having a flat portion formed so as to contact the side surface of the ridge side main building located on the ridge side of the main building. A hook-like member provided on the eaves side end face of the heat insulating plate part and hooked on the eaves side purlin in the installed state, and having a claw part bent in an inverted U shape on the tip side. It is characterized by being compressible and deformable toward the eaves side end face.
The heat insulating plate part of this heat insulating material is passed between the adjacent eave side main building and the ridge side main building, the flat part of the eaves side end surface is along the side surface of the eaves side main building, and the flat part of the ridge side end surface is the ridge side main building. It is installed so that it touches the side. Since the eaves side end face of the heat insulating plate part is provided with a claw part that is hooked to the eaves side purlin, the end part of the heat insulating material on the eave side is supported when the claw part is hooked on the eave side main house. Since the claw part can be compressed and deformed, when installing the heat insulating material, if the heat insulating material is moved upward in a state where the claw part is compressed and deformed and the eave side end surface is aligned with the side surface of the eave side main building. Good. And with the upward movement, at least part of the compression deformation of the claw part automatically returns, the key-like claw part is caught on the eaves side purlin, and the eave side of the heat insulating material becomes the eave side main house Supported. And the eaves side of a heat insulating material is supported by the eaves side main building, The ridge side of a heat insulating material will be supported by the said building side main building by leaning at least on the ridge side main building. In this way, the support structure on the eaves side and the ridge side of the heat insulating material is automatically formed by the operation of pushing up the heat insulating material from below, so that the construction from the lower side of the heat insulating material can be easily performed.
Moreover, the structure which a nail | claw part functions as a leaf | plate spring which can compressively deform toward an eaves side end surface may be sufficient.
Further, the heat insulating material of the present invention, the key member may be fixed to the eaves side end surface of the insulating plate. Since the key-shaped member is fixed to the eaves-side end surface of the heat insulating plate portion and the claw portion at the tip of the key-shaped member is hooked on the eave side main building, the end portion of the heat insulating plate portion on the eave side can be supported.
In this case, the base end side of the hook-like member may be possible to extend bent in such a way as to wrap around from the eaves side end surface to the lower surface of the insulation plate. According to this configuration, since the base end of the hook-like member is present on the lower surface of the lower insulation plate, so that the base end side supporting the eaves side of the heat insulating plate from below. Thus, event, even if the fixing of the hook-like member and the heat insulating plate portion had been released, it is possible to maintain the supporting state of the eaves side of the insulating plate.
The heat insulating material construction method of the present invention is a heat insulating material construction method using the above-mentioned heat insulating material , the eaves side end surface of the heat insulating material along the side surface of the eave side main building, and the ridge side end surface of the building side main building. along a side surface, pushing from below between the eaves-side main building and ridge side purlins while deforming the claw portion, further comprising a heat insulating member installation process to push the insulation material upwardly to a position where the claw portion is caught by the eaves side purlin Features. In this heat insulating material installation step, it is only necessary to push the heat insulating material between the eave side main building and the building side main building from below and push it upward, so that the heat insulating material can be easily constructed from below.
Specifically, in the heat insulating material construction method of the present invention, a notch is formed on the side surface of the eaves-side main building, and in the heat insulating material installation process, the heat insulating material is moved to a position where the claw is caught in the notch. May be pushed upward. Moreover, in the construction method of the heat insulating material of this invention, it is good also as pushing up a heat insulating material upwards in the heat insulating material installation process to the position where a nail | claw part is hooked on the upper surface of an eaves side main building.
Moreover, a heat insulating material installation process may be performed in the state in which the rafter of a roof part exists. Since the heat insulating material installation step pushes up the heat insulating material from below, it can be suitably performed even in a state where rafters are present on the purlin.
The heat insulating structure of the roof of the present invention is a heat insulating structure of the roof using the above-described heat insulating material, and a notch portion is formed on the side surface of the eaves-side main building, and the claw portion of the heat insulating material is formed in the notch portion. It is characterized in that the eaves side of the heat insulating material is supported by the eaves side purlin by being caught.
Moreover, the heat insulating structure of the roof of the present invention is a heat insulating structure of the roof using the above-mentioned heat insulating material, and the eaves side of the heat insulating material becomes an eave side main building by hooking the claw portion of the heat insulating material on the upper surface of the eave side main building. It is characterized by being supported.
In these heat insulation structures, the heat insulating plate portion of the heat insulating material is passed between the eave side main building and the ridge side main building, the plane portion of the eave side end surface is along the side surface of the eave side main building, and the flat portion of the ridge side end surface is It is installed in contact with the side of the ridge side main building. And the eaves side of a heat insulating material is supported by the eaves side main building, and the building side of a heat insulating material will be supported by the said building side main building by leaning on at least the building side main building. As described above, according to the heat insulating structure, the support structure on the eaves side and the ridge side of the heat insulating material is automatically formed by the operation of pushing up the heat insulating material from below when the heat insulating material is applied. Construction from can be easily performed.
According to the heat insulating material, the heat insulating material construction method, and the heat insulating structure of the roof of the present invention, the heat insulating material can be easily applied from below.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a heat insulating material, a heat insulating material construction method, and a roof heat insulating structure according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
(First embodiment)
The
The
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the heat insulating
The key-
Further, the proximal end side of the key-shaped
The key-shaped
Next, the heat insulating structure of the roof including the
The eaves-side end of the
Further, considering the case where the adhesion between the key-shaped
Then, the construction method of the
(Insulation material production process)
The
(Insulation material installation process)
At the construction site, as shown in FIG. 6, the
The effect by the
Moreover, since the
(Second Embodiment)
If the building is newly constructed, it is relatively easy to make the main building L-shaped in cross section, but at the time of renovation, the main building is often already rectangular in cross section. Therefore, in this embodiment, the heat insulating material applicable to the roof which has a normal main building with a rectangular cross section is demonstrated. In the present embodiment, components that are the same as or equivalent to those in the first embodiment are given the same reference numerals in the drawings, and redundant descriptions are omitted.

FIG. 10 shows a heat insulating structure of the roof to which the
