Description
Claims (8)
- 膝の前十字靭帯の再建手術のためのドリルガイドにおいて、
患者の脛骨に近接する第1の端部と患者の大腿部に近接する第2の端部とを有するように形成されたガイド(170)であって、前記第1の端部がそこを通る一連のガイド穴(172)を有し、前記第2の端部がそこを通る一連のガイド穴(174)を有するガイド(170)と、
前記第1の端部に位置する前記ガイド穴(172)の一つと係合して、開口部及び出口を有し且つ脛骨前面と脛骨プラトーとの間に位置する脛骨孔(120)を形成し、且つ、前記出口に近接する前記大腿部内に延びて大腿骨孔(122)を形成するリーマー(135)と、
前記第2の端部の近くに位置する少なくとも一つのガイド穴(174)に係合して、前記大腿骨孔(122)と交差する複数の補助的な大腿骨孔(148)を形成するドリルスリーブ(175)と、を備えているドリルガイド。 - 前記ガイド(170)が円弧状を呈している、請求項1に記載のドリルガイド。
- 前記リーマー(135)を通して挿入されるドリルピン(130)を更に備えている、請求項1に記載のドリルガイド。
- 前記ドリルスリーブ(175)を通して挿入されるドリルピン(176)を更に備えている、請求項1に記載のドリルガイド。
- 前記大腿骨孔及び前記脛骨孔を内側から穿孔することによって前記補助的な骨孔が形成されるようになっている、請求項1に記載のドリルガイド。
- 前記孔をその中に形成するためのワイヤを有する、少なくとも一つの管腔を有する弓状のカニューレ/ドリルガイドを使用して、前記補助的な孔が形成されるようになっている、請求項5に記載のドリルガイド。
- 経皮的な過穿孔(over-drilling)によって縫合糸通路を拡大するためのガイドとしての役割をワイヤ縫合糸/通しピンが果たすようになっている、請求項5に記載のドリルガイド。
- 縫合糸の通過を容易にし、経皮的な穿孔の必要性をなくすため、拡大されたドリル先端部を備えた可撓性ワイヤが使用されるようになっている、請求項7に記載のドリルガイド。
