Claims (6)
- ワイヤレス内視鏡ビデオ・カメラ・ユニットと携帯型光源ユニットとの組み合わせ体であって、
前記ワイヤレス内視鏡ビデオ・カメラ・ユニットは、
手術部位の画像を感知し、電子画像シャッタを含む画像センサと、
手術部位での光の立ち上がり時間および持続時間を感知し、この光の立ち上がり時間および持続時間の光存在信号を供給する光検出器と、
前記画像センサから前記感知された画像を受信し、前記光検出器は前記電子画像シャッタがオンである時間中に限り前記携帯型光源ユニットから光が出力されることを確保するように前記光存在信号を用いるための閉ループ・フィードバック系を供給し、ビデオ出力をビデオ送信機に供給し、実際の光源位相および実際の光源オン時間を測定するための前記光存在信号を受信し、前記実際の光源位相および前記実際の光源オン時間から光源目標時間値および光源目標オン時間を決定し、前記感知された画像から情報を決定するカメラ・コントローラと、
前記カメラ・コントローラから前記光源目標時間値および前記光源目標オン時間を受信し、前記光源目標時間値および前記光源目標オン時間を含むワイヤレスRF信号を出力するカメラ非ビデオRF送信機とを備え、
前記携帯型光源ユニットは、
前記カメラ非ビデオRF送信機から前記ワイヤレスRF信号を受信する光源非ビデオ受信機と、
光を手術部位に出力する光源と、
前記光源を付勢するための電力を供給する光源バッテリと、
前記光源目標時間値および前記光源目標オン時間に応答して前記光源の動作を制御する光源コントローラとを備え、
前記内視鏡ビデオ・カメラ・ユニットから前記携帯型光源ユニットに提供される前記ワイアレスRF信号が、前記光源からの光出力を前記画像センサの前記電子画像シャッタと同期させる、
ことを特徴とする画像センサの画像シャッタと光源とをワイヤレスで同期化する装置。 - 前記カメラ非ビデオRF送信機によって送信された前記ワイヤレスRF信号は、約0.1マイクロ秒から約1ミリ秒までの時間間隔を有しているメッセージパケット内で前記光源目標時間値および前記光源目標オン時間Tを搬送する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像センサの画像シャッタと光源とをワイヤレスで同期化する装置。 - 前記光源目標時間値は、光源目標位相を備え、
前記光源コントローラは、前記光源からの前記光出力の前記光源目標位相を前記カメラ・コントローラによってビット値として認識できる所定の期間に亘ってシフトするように構成され、
そのために、前記光源コントローラは、情報を前記カメラ・コントローラに送信する能力を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像センサの画像シャッタと光源とをワイヤレスで同期化する装置。 - 前記携帯型光源ユニットから前記内視鏡ビデオ・カメラ・ユニットに送信された前記情報は、前記携帯型光源ユニットのタイプと、前記光源のため設けられた発光ダイオードのタイプと、前記光源バッテリのタイプと、前記光源バッテリの充電残量と、前記光源の耐用寿命と、前記光源の駆動時間とのうちの少なくとも1つを備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の画像センサの画像シャッタと光源とをワイヤレスで同期化する装置。 - 前記光源目標時間値は、光源目標位相を備え、
前記カメラ非ビデオRF送信機によって送信された前記ワイヤレスRF信号は、断続的ワイヤレスRF信号であり、
前記断続的ワイヤレスRF信号の始まりは、前記携帯型光源ユニットの前記光源の動作のための前記光源目標位相の終わりおよび前記光出力の始まりを表し、
前記断続的ワイヤレスRF信号の終わりは、前記光源からの光出力のための前記光源目標オン時間の終わりを表す、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像センサの画像シャッタと光源とをワイヤレスで同期化する装置。 - 前記内視鏡ビデオ・カメラ・コントローラは、前記内視鏡ビデオ・カメラ・ユニットがもはやビデオ画像を収集することなく、かつ、送信していないとき、前記カメラ非ビデオRF送信機を介して光オフ信号を送信するように構成され、
前記光オフ信号に応答して、前記光源コントローラは、前記光源の作動を阻止するように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像センサの画像シャッタと光源とをワイヤレスで同期化する装置。
