主要管状体(2)であって、近位端部分(2’)と遠位端部分(2”)との間の長手方向軸線(X)に沿って伸び、かつ少なくとも1つの中央管腔(4)を区切り、前記主要管状体(2)が、遠位端(8”)の一部を含み、かつ前記カテーテル(1’、1”)が生体キャビティを通じて導入されるのに適している休止形状と拡張形状との間で拡張可能である少なくとも1つのバルーン(8)を特定する主要管状体(2)と、
中央管腔(4)に少なくとも部分的に収納され、中央軸(Y)を有する少なくとも1つの内側管状体(6)であって、少なくとも1つのガイドワイヤを収納するために、少なくとも1つの内側管腔(16)を区切り、前記内側管状体(6)は、前記長手方向軸線(X)の周囲に長手方向に、らせん状に伸びて、前記バルーン(8)の拡張のための材料の蓄積を生じる内側管状体(6)と、を備え、
