Claims (2)
- 光照射に応じて発電する太陽電池セルと、
前記太陽電池セルで発電された電力を制御する周辺回路部とが集積化され、
前記周辺回路部は、容量性素子とダイオードとを有し前記太陽電池セルからの電圧を昇圧するチャージポンプ回路と、前記チャージポンプ回路を動作させるためのクロックを発生するクロック発振回路を備え、前記クロック発振回路の周波数は電力効率を最大化するように設定されることを特徴とする太陽電池装置。 - 前記周辺回路部は、前記太陽電池セルで発電された電力の最大電力点を追従する最大電力点追従制御回路を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の太陽電池装置。
