Claims (8)
- 光照射に応じて発電する太陽電池セルと、
前記太陽電池セルで発電された電力を制御する周辺回路部と
が集積化された集積化セルを備えることを特徴とする太陽電池装置。 - 前記周辺回路部は、前記太陽電池セルからの電圧を昇圧するチャージポンプ回路を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の太陽電池装置。
- 前記周辺回路部は、前記チャージポンプ回路を動作させるためのクロックを発生するクロック発振回路を備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載の太陽電池装置。
- 前記周辺回路部は、前記クロック発振回路で発生されるクロックの周波数を制御するための周波数制御信号を生成して前記クロック発振回路に送る制御回路を備えることを特徴とする請求項3記載の太陽電池装置。
- 前記集積化セルは、複数の集積化セルが直列に接続されてなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の太陽電池装置。
- 前記集積化セルは、複数の集積化セルが並列に接続されてなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の太陽電池装置。
- 太陽電池セル内に周辺回路部を構成する半導体素子が形成されていることを特徴とする太陽電池装置。
- 前記周辺回路部は、前記太陽電池セルで発電された電力の供給を受けないことを特徴とする請求項7記載の太陽電池装置。
