処方1:ナフタレン酢酸ナトリウム 1ppm、ジクロロイソシアヌル酸ナトリウム濃度 50ppm
処方2:ナフタレン酢酸ナトリウム 2ppm、ジクロロイソシアヌル酸ナトリウム濃度 200ppm
処方3:ナフタレン酢酸ナトリウム 5ppm、ジクロロイソシアヌル酸ナトリウム濃度 150ppm
処方4:ナフタレン酢酸ナトリウム 8ppm、ジクロロイソシアヌル酸ナトリウム濃度 200ppm
処方5:ナフタレン酢酸ナトリウム 10ppm、ジクロロイソシアヌル酸ナトリウム濃度 120ppm
Claims (7)
- オーキシン類の植物成長調整剤及びジクロロイソシアヌル酸ナトリウムを含み、
前記オーキシン類の植物成長調整剤は、ナフタレン酢酸ナトリウムを含み、
前記オーキシン類の植物成長調整剤の濃度は1〜10ppmであり、
前記ジクロロイソシアヌル酸ナトリウムの濃度は50〜200ppmである、ことを特徴とする水稲の機械的移植のトレー育苗用発根剤。 - 前記オーキシン類の植物成長調整剤の濃度は、2〜8ppmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水稲の機械的移植のトレー育苗用発根剤。
- 前記ジクロロイソシアヌル酸ナトリウムの濃度は、100〜180ppmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水稲の機械的移植のトレー育苗用発根剤。
- 発根剤を使用して浸種する場合には、インディカ米に用いるオーキシン類の植物成長調整剤の濃度は1〜3ppmであり、ジャポニカ米に用いるオーキシン類の植物成長調整剤の濃度は2〜5ppmであり、ジクロロイソシアヌル酸ナトリウムの濃度は50〜200ppmであり、溶液が種に浸み込むように加え、浸種時間はインディカ米では40〜50時間、ジャポニカ米では70〜80時間であり、浸種が完了した後に洗うことなく、そして通常の方法で催芽して播種することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の水稲の機械的移植のトレー育苗用発根剤の使用方法。
- インディカ米に用いるオーキシン類の植物成長調整剤の濃度は1.5〜2ppmであり、ジャポニカ米に用いるオーキシン類の植物成長調整剤の濃度は3〜4ppmであり、ジクロロイソシアヌル酸ナトリウムの濃度は100〜180ppmであり、浸種する時間はインディカ米では42〜45時間、ジャポニカ米では72〜75時間であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の水稲の機械的移植のトレー育苗用発根剤の使用方法。
- 発根剤を噴射して使用する場合には、インディカ米に用いるオーキシン類の植物成長調整剤の濃度は4〜8ppmであり、ジャポニカ米に用いるオーキシン類の植物成長調整剤の濃度は5〜10ppmであり、ジクロロイソシアヌル酸ナトリウムの濃度は50〜200ppmであり、噴射時期は育苗トレーに土盛した後播種する前から、播種後苗の1葉1芯が生えるまでで、各標準機械的移植トレーに噴射する溶液の量は10〜20mlであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の水稲の機械的移植のトレー育苗用発根剤の使用方法。
- インディカ米に用いるオーキシン類の植物成長調整剤の濃度は5〜6ppmであり、ジャポニカ米に用いるオーキシン類の植物成長調整剤の濃度は7〜9ppmであり、ジクロロイソシアヌル酸ナトリウムの濃度は100〜180ppmであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の水稲の機械的移植のトレー育苗用発根剤の使用方法。
