Description
本発明は、概して、物質移動および/または熱交換処理を行うカラム中の気体‐液体または液体‐液体の接触を促進するための装置および方法に関する。特に、本発明は、汚損(フォーリング)、コーキング(コークス化)、および、腐食(エロージョン)が懸念である過酷なサービスのアプリケーションにおいて、物質移動および/または熱交換カラム中に使用される構造化された充填モジュールおよびそのようなモジュールを用いる方法に関する。
一実施形態において、本発明は、直立し、平行に伸び、隣接するプレートの波形同士が交差する形で伸びるように配置される複数の波形のプレートで構成される構造化された充填モジュールに向けられる。スペーサ部材は、波形が他の波形と接触しないように、それらの全体長さに沿って互いに離間した隣接するプレートの波形と離間した関係でプレートを固定するために用いられる。隣接するプレートの波形間の間隔は、流体の流れ、一般的には、上昇気体のために、完全に開いており、同様に、プレートの表面は、流体、一般的には、下降液体のために、邪魔することのない(スムーズな)流れの表面を与える。この様式においては、汚損やコーキングに抵抗するプレートが、所望の強度や分離効果を与えることが可能である。
さらに詳細に図面、初めは図1を見ると、物質移動および/または熱交換処理の際の使用に最適なカラムは、包括的に数字の10で表わされる。カラム10は、多角形を含む他の形状でもふさわしく、本発明の範囲内のものであるが、一般的には、円柱の形状の直立する外側のシェル12を有する。シェル12は、あらゆる適切な直径および高さのものであり、自身に対して望ましくは不活性、または、そうでなければ、カラム10の動作中に存在する流体および状態と親和性のある1種類以上の強固な材料から構成される。
Claims (13)
- 波形を有し、直立し、平行に伸びる複数のプレートと、
前記プレートの表面に沿ってかつ前記プレート間の空間に流体のための流路を形成するために、前記波形の全体長さに沿って互いに離間した隣接するプレートの波形と離間した関係で前記複数のプレートを固定する複数のスペーサ部材とを有し、
前記プレートは、隣接するプレートの波形同士が、直立方向に対して互いに逆方向に傾斜して交差する形で伸びるように配置され、
前記プレートの表面は、固体が前記プレート上に蓄積しない、平滑で粗面仕上げされていない面であることを特徴とする構造化された充填モジュール。 - 前記波形が、各プレートの全体表面に沿って伸びる請求項1に記載の構造化された充填モジュール。
- さらに、前記プレート上の固体の蓄積を除去および避けるために、前記プレートの表面上に洗浄剤を注ぐスプレーノズルを有する請求項1または2に記載の構造化された充填モジュール。
- 前記スペーサ部材は、前記プレートを通って伸びる棒を有する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の構造化された充填モジュール。
- 前記プレートは、上部および底部の端部を有し、
前記棒は、前記上部および底部の端部を通って伸びる請求項4に記載の構造化された充填モジュール。 - 前記プレートは、前記上部および底部の端部に開口を有し、
前記棒は、前記開口を通って伸びる請求項5に記載の構造化された充填モジュール。 - 前記プレートの表面は、前記上部および底部の端部以外に前記開口が無い請求項6に記載の構造化された充填モジュール。
- 前記棒は、平滑であり、かつ、円形の断面のものである請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載の構造化された充填モジュール。
- 前記棒は、前記プレートに溶接される請求項4〜8のいずれか1項に記載の構造化された充填モジュール。
- 空間内部領域を規定するシェルと、
前記空間内部領域内に配置される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の構造化された充填モジュールと、を有することを特徴とする物質移動および/または熱交換カラム。 - 請求項10に記載の物質移動および/または熱交換カラム内に流れる流体流間の物質移動および/または熱交換を引き起こすための処理方法であって、
前記プレートの表面上において前記物質移動および/または熱交換を引き起こすために、前記波形によって形成される流路に沿って、前記構造化された充填モジュールを通って前記流体流を通過させるステップを有することを特徴とする処理方法。 - 前記構造化された充填モジュールを通って前記流体流を通過させるステップは、前記流路に沿って前記流体流の流れを均一にする請求項11に記載の処理方法。
- 前記構造化された充填モジュールを通って前記流体流を通過させるステップが、前記構造化された充填モジュールを通って下降液体流および上昇気体流を通過させるステップを有する請求項11または12に記載の処理方法。
