Claims (1)
- ボビンの外周にコイルが巻装された電磁コイルと、
前記電磁コイルのボビン内部に固定された磁性体からなる固定鉄心と、
前記電磁コイルへの通電時に発生する電磁吸引力により前記固定鉄心に吸引される磁性体からなる可動鉄心と、
前記可動鉄心の軸心上部に連結された非磁性体からなるシャフトと、
前記シャフトに連結された可動鉄心を前記電磁吸引力に抗して押圧する押し戻し専用ばねと、
前記シャフトの軸体に内縁部が固定されており、その外縁部が固定側部材に固定されて前記シャフトを前記固定側部材に非接触で浮上支持する上部板ばねと、
前記可動鉄心の軸心下部に内縁部が固定されており、その外縁部が固定側部材に固定されて前記可動鉄心を前記固定側部材に非接触で浮上支持する下部板ばねと、
前記シャフトの軸体外周を包囲し、前記軸体の動作方向に対して垂直方向の磁界を与えて発生する渦電流により前記可動鉄心及び前記シャフトの共振を減衰させる非接触式の渦電流ダンパーと、を備え、
前記上部板ばねと前記下部板ばねが前記電磁コイルを挟んだ上下に配置されていることを特徴とする電磁アクチュエータ。
