Claims (6)
- 合成ガスを処理するための方法であって:
a)合成ガスから硫化水素を除去すること;
b)前記合成ガスを圧縮して、合成ガスの圧縮流を生成すること;
c)前記合成ガスの圧縮流を脱水して、合成ガスの乾燥圧縮流を生成すること;
d)前記合成ガスの乾燥圧縮流を冷却して、前記合成ガスの乾燥圧縮流から大部分の二酸化炭素を除去し、合成ガスの部分精製流および二酸化炭素の生成物流を生成すること;
e)前記合成ガスの部分精製流をまず、二酸化炭素吸収装置へ送って、精製合成ガスの流れおよび二酸化炭素を含む流れを生成すること;及び、
f)前記二酸化炭素を含む流れを、工程(b)、(c)、および(d)へ戻して、前記二酸化炭素の生成物流へ追加の二酸化炭素を加えること、
を含む、方法。 - 前記二酸化炭素を含む流れが、前記工程(b)、(c)、および(d)へ戻される前に、まず圧縮される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記合成ガスが、7584kPa(1100psig)まで圧縮される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記二酸化炭素を含む流れが、前記工程(b)、(c)、および(d)へ送られる前に、前記二酸化炭素吸収装置から、少なくとも1つのフラッシュドラムへ送られる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのフラッシュドラムが、少なくとも1つのリサイクルフラッシュドラム、少なくとも1つの中圧フラッシュドラム、および少なくとも1つの低圧フラッシュドラムを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのフラッシュドラムを通された後、前記二酸化炭素が、圧縮されて、二酸化炭素の圧縮流を形成する、請求項4に記載の方法。
