Claims (3)
- 基板と、留め部と、該留め部の周りに配置される弾性部材と、第一ガスケットを含む留め具と、を備え、前記留め部は、連接部と、該連接部の一端に設けられる操作部と、該連接部の他端に設けられる固定部と、を備える放熱装置において、前記弾性部材は前記連接部の周りに配置され、前記連接部には該連接部の周方向において環状の溝が設けられ、前記第一ガスケットは、前記弾性部材を前記操作部と該第一ガスケットとの間に保持させるように前記連接部の溝内に嵌入され、前記第一ガスケットは、前記固定部が前記基板を通った後に前記基板の上表面に当接され、
前記第一ガスケットは略O型ガスケットであり、その中央には貫通孔が設けられ、該貫通孔の直径は、前記留め部の連接部の底部の直径より小さく、前記第一ガスケットの貫通孔の上縁及び前記連接部の底部の周縁には、フィレット処理が施され、前記第一ガスケットは、締まりばめによって前記連接部の底部から前記溝内に押し込まれることを特徴とする放熱装置。 - 前記弾性部材は前記連接部を囲むばねであり、前記弾性部材の外径は前記第一ガスケットの外径より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱装置。
- 前記留め具は、略C型を呈する第二ガスケットをさらに備え、前記第二ガスケットは、前記固定部及び前記連接部の一部が前記基板を通った後に、前記連接部の溝内に嵌入されて前記基板の下表面に当接し、これにより、前記留め部が前記基板に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の放熱装置。
