Description

Claims (7)
- 組織壁の内面に位置決めするよう構成した内側部材(2;23)、および、前記内側部材に取り付けた保持部材(3;13;21)を備える医療用閉鎖デバイス(1;20)において、前記内側部材を、シール部材またはアンカー部材とし、前記保持部材を、互いに並置されたフィラメントの多重コイルにより形成した無結節のループとし、前記ループの断面内に、同一の前記フィラメントの断面が少なくとも5つ存在するように、前記フィラメントが互いに並置されている、医療用閉鎖デバイス(1;20)。
- 請求項1に記載の医療用閉鎖デバイスにおいて、前記閉鎖デバイスは、さらに、前記組織壁の外面に位置するよう構成した外側部材(24)を備え、前記保持部材は、少なくとも1本のフィラメントを、前記ループの一部における外周の周りに複数回ワインドすることにより形成した、肥大部分(22)を備える医療用閉鎖デバイス。
- 請求項1に記載の医療用閉鎖デバイスにおいて、前記医療用閉鎖デバイスを、脈管壁における穿刺部を閉鎖するよう構成した医療用閉鎖デバイス。
- 請求項1に記載の医療用閉鎖デバイスにおいて、前記医療用閉鎖デバイスは、心臓における中隔欠損を閉鎖するよう構成した医療用閉鎖デバイス。
- 請求項2に記載の医療用閉鎖デバイスにおいて、前記外側部材を、シール部材とした医療用閉鎖デバイス。
- 請求項2に記載の医療用閉鎖デバイスにおいて、前記外側部材を、プラグ部材とした医療用閉鎖デバイス。
- 請求項1に記載の医療用閉鎖デバイスにおいて、前記医療用閉鎖デバイスは、さらに、シールの形式とした外側部材を備える医療用閉鎖デバイス。
