Description
The present invention relates to a window regulator that moves a window glass up and down. More specifically, the present invention relates to a window regulator used in a car or the like.
Parts used in vehicles are required to be lighter for reasons such as improved fuel efficiency, and light weight is also required for window regulators. As a light weight type of window regulator, there is no outer casing from the upper and lower ends of the guide rail to the drive unit near the center as a window regulator of the delta type (the motor is near the center of the guide rail). There is a so-called outerless window regulator that is routed to In such an outerless window regulator, a sharp blade is inserted through the gap of the door, and the inner cable not covered by the outer casing (not stored in the outer cable) is cut and suspended by the window. There is a possibility that the glass is dropped downward and the interior of the vehicle is damaged.
For this reason, Patent Document 1 discloses a window regulator anti-theft protector (hereinafter referred to as a protector) that covers the outer periphery of the control cable as a means for preventing such entry into the vehicle. This protector includes a metal wire braid layer that covers at least a part of the outer peripheral surface of the outer casing, and a rubber-made outer layer that covers the outer periphery of the metal wire braid layer.
In addition, crime prevention technology to prevent such theft has been advanced and spread in recent years, and vehicle crime prevention theft alarm devices that generate alarm sounds by detecting vibrations and impacts on doors and glass are also widespread. . For this reason, when a vehicle equipped with a vehicle security theft alarm device is stolen, the owner of the vehicle resident in the vicinity of the parked vehicle rushes with an alarm sound, but before the owner arrives at the vehicle It is desirable that the theft work not be completed until the vehicle is taken away.
Generally, an outerless window regulator is defenseless against both a blade and a clipper because an inner cable is not covered with an outer casing. On the other hand, if the inner cable is housed inside the outer casing, it may not be useful for the clipper as described above, but the advantage is that it cuts off the inner cable more than it is not covered at all. is there. However, when the outer casing is used, the weight of the entire apparatus and the number of parts increase. For example, in the outer casing, when the carrier plate stops at the upper and lower ends of the guide rail as the inner cable is moved in the guide rail axial direction by the driving device, the restraining force (reaction of the tension of the inner cable) is applied from the inner cable to the motor. Force, ie compression force). The inner cable swings in the width direction of the drum when it is wound and fed out to the drum, and comes into contact with the drum-side end of the outer casing. For this reason, the outer casing is required to have rigidity to withstand the compressive force and contact, and the weight increases accordingly. Furthermore, a cushion mechanism using a spring that can absorb the compressive force is used at the end of the outer casing. For this reason, when the window regulator of Patent Document 1 is used, the inner cable cannot be easily cut even if a blade or clipper is used, but the number of parts and weight increase.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an outerless window regulator having a simple configuration and high antitheft performance.
The window regulator according to the present invention includes a carrier plate for holding a window glass, a guide rail for movably guiding the carrier plate, a direction changing member provided at an upper end portion and / or a lower end portion of the guide rail, In a window regulator having an inner cable spanned by a direction change member and connected to the carrier plate, and a driving device for moving the inner cable in the guide rail axial direction, the driving device winds up the inner cable. A drum, and the inner cable is arranged in a substantially straight line between the direction changing member and the drum, and is arranged in a longitudinal direction outside the substantially straight inner cable. The outer tube has an outer tube. The ingredients, at least end portions of the drum side, is characterized in that it is held so as to be swung to follow the swing of the inner cable caused by the winding and unwinding by the drum.
(1) Since the window regulator of the present invention has an outer tube, it has excellent anti-theft properties. In particular, it has better anti-theft properties than conventional outerless window regulators.
Further, since the inner cable is linearly routed from the drum to the direction changing member, the outer tube is not subjected to the restraining force by the motor. Therefore, it is not necessary to hold the outer tube firmly on the drum side or the guide rail side. That is, since simple holding is sufficient, the holding portion can be reduced in weight or space can be saved.
Furthermore, since simple holding is sufficient, if the outer tube is held by the outer holder and the end of the outer tube on the drum side is not fixed (movable freely), the inner cable generated by winding and feeding by the drum The outer tube can be swung following the swing. The straight wiring includes a substantially straight wiring, and includes a slightly bent state in the outer holder when the inner cable moves in the width direction of the drum.
(2) When the outer holder of such a window regulator holds the vicinity of the end portion on the direction changing member side of the outer tube, the end portion on the drum side of the outer tube becomes free. The outer tube can be swung following the swinging of the inner cable in the drum width direction on the drum by winding and feeding the inner cable. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the outer tube from being worn and the occurrence of vibration caused by the movement of the inner cable being restricted by the outer.
(3) When the drive device is mounted between the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the guide rail, the position of the drive device is determined. can do. In particular, the position where the driving device is disposed is preferably disposed near the center between the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the guide rail.
(4) Furthermore, the inner cable is protected from the vicinity of the drum by a drum cover that covers the drum so that the inner cable is protected to the vicinity of the drum by the outer tube, and the inner cable can be wound and fed by the drum. When protecting the inner cable until it comes into contact with the drum, even if the outer tube is arranged at a distance from the drum, the inner cable near the drum can be efficiently cut and the outer tube can be protected. And the drum do not collide.
FIG. 1 shows a window regulator of the present invention. The window regulator 1 includes a
The window regulator 1 can also be used for a front door of a vehicle body. Furthermore, it may be used for windshields for vehicles such as ships, airplanes, and trains.
An
The
The
Mounting
As shown in FIG. 2, the driving
Returning to FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
The
The ascending
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the
The mounting
The
The
The

The
