Claims (8)
- 充放電可能な電気デバイス要素と、前記電気デバイス要素を覆う外装フィルムと、前記電気デバイス要素に接続し、前記外装フィルムから突出する電極とを有するフィルム外装電気デバイスを収納するフィルム外装電気デバイス用ケースであって、
前記フィルム外装電気デバイスと向かい合う面にて前記フィルム外装電気デバイスを挟持し、前記電気デバイス要素に対応する領域に開口部を有する枠部材と、
前記フィルム外装電気デバイスの前記電極を保持する保持材と、を有し、
前記保持材が、前記枠部材の前記フィルム外装電気デバイスと向かい合う面上であって、前記電極に対応する位置にのみ設けられている、
フィルム外装電気デバイス用ケース。 - 前記保持材は、前記フィルム外装電気デバイスの内部で発生したガスを排気するガス排出口以外の領域に配置されている、請求項1に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス用ケース。
- 前記保持材の前記電極に接触する部分が波型である、請求項1または2に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス用ケース。
- 前記保持材の前記電極に接触する部分が凸部形状である、請求項1または2に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス用ケース。
- 一対の前記保持材が、前記電極を挟んで互いに対向して設けられ、前記保持材の互いに対向する部分が同じ形状である、請求項1または2に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス用ケース。
- 前記保持材が紫外線硬化型樹脂である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス用ケース。
- 前記枠部材には、前記開口部を2分割するように、前記フィルム外装電気デバイスの内部で発生したガスを外部へと誘導するための排ガス通路が設けられている、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス用ケース。
- 充放電可能な電気デバイス要素と、前記電気デバイス要素を覆う外装フィルムと、前記電気デバイス要素に接続し、前記外装フィルムから突出する電極とを有するフィルム外装電気デバイスを収納するフィルム外装電気デバイス用ケースの製造方法であって、
前記電気デバイス要素に対応する領域に開口部を有し、前記フィルム外装電気デバイスと対向して該フィルム外装電気デバイスを挟持する枠部材を成形する枠部材成形工程を有し、
前記枠部材成形工程は、前記枠部材の前記フィルム外装電気デバイスと向かい合う面上であって、前記電極に対応する位置に、前記フィルム外装電気デバイスの前記電極を保持する保持材を成形する工程を含む、
フィルム外装電気デバイス用ケースの製造方法。
