Claims (17)
- コネクタであって、
少なくとも1つの電気ピンを有する第1コネクタユニットであって、前記ピンは、前方方向において突出するとともに第1電気接点を含む前方端部分を有する、第1コネクタユニットと、
少なくとも1つの電気ソケットモジュールを収容する少なくとも1つの接点用チャンバーを有する第2コネクタユニットであって、電気ソケットモジュールは、第1および第2コネクタユニットが嵌合状態にあるときに電気ピンを受け入れ、ソケットモジュールは、第2電気接点を含む、第2コネクタユニットと、を備え、
第1および第2コネクタユニットは、分離状態と嵌合状態との間で移動可能となっており、嵌合状態において、各コネクタユニットは、着脱可能に嵌合係合しており、かつ、第1接点および第2接点が電気的に連通しており、
接点用チャンバーは、電気ピンを受け入れる前方端部開口部と、嵌合状態においてピンの外面に対して封止する少なくとも1つの前方端部シールを有する前方端部シールアッセンブリと、を有し、
第1コネクタユニットは、電気接点から離れた場所においてピンの前方端部分の一部に係合される前方ピンシールを有し、第1コネクタユニットの前方ピンシールは、ユニットの嵌合状態において、第2コネクタユニットの前方端部シールに封止的に係合しており、 前方ピンシールおよび前方端部シールは各々、半導電性材料からなる少なくとも1つの層を備えている、コネクタ。 - ソケットモジュールは、第2コネクタユニットの分離状態において拡張位置にバイアスされ、摺動可能に取り付けられたストッパーを有し、
前方端部シールアッセンブリは、ユニットの分離状態において、ストッパーの対向する部分に対して封止し、ユニットの嵌合状態において、ピンの対向する部分に対して封止している、請求項1に記載のコネクタ。 - 接点用チャンバーを囲み、柔軟性を有する材料からなる少なくとも1つの空気袋をさらに備え、
空気袋は、ユニットの嵌合状態においてピンに対して封止する前方端部シールを備えた前方端部分を有する、請求項1に記載のコネクタ。 - 空気袋は、前方端部シールから空気袋の後方端部まで延び、半導電性材料からなる少なくとも1つの連続的な層を有する、請求項3に記載のコネクタ。
- 接点用チャンバーを囲み、柔軟性を有する材料からなる内側空気袋および外側空気袋を備え、
外側空気袋は、接点用チャンバーを囲む独立した外側チャンバーを形成するよう、内側空気袋から空間を空けて配置されている、請求項2に記載のコネクタ。 - 各空気袋は、前方端部分を有し、
各空気袋の前方端部分は、ユニットの分離状態においてストッパーの対向する端部分に対して封止し、かつ、ユニットの嵌合状態においてピンの対向する部分に対して封止する端部シールを形成して、二重の端部シールを形成し、
外側空気袋の端部シールは、嵌合状態においてピンシールと封止的な係合にある前方端部シールを備え、
外側チャンバーへの経路が、内側および外側空気袋の端部シールの間に形成されている、請求項5に記載のコネクタ。 - 外側空気袋は、電気的に絶縁性を有する弾性材料からなる少なくとも1つの内側層と、半導電性材料からなる外側層と、を備える、請求項5に記載のコネクタ。
- 内側および外側層が、ともに結合されている、または一体的に形成されている、請求項7に記載のコネクタ。
- 内側層は、外面を有し、
外側層は、内側層の外面上に塗布された半導電性材料からなるコーティングを備える、請求項7に記載のコネクタ。 - 各チャンバーが、誘電性を有する移動可能な物質によって充填されている、請求項5に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記前方ピンシールは、半導電性の弾性材料からなる単一の層を備える、請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 複数のシールのうちの少なくとも1つは、半導電性材料からなる少なくとも1つの層と、絶縁性の弾性材料からなる少なくとも1つの層と、を備える、請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- ピンは、
第1電気接点を備える前方端部と、ケーブル端部コネクタへの連結のために適合された後方端部とを有する導電性プローブシャフトと、
前記シャフトの長さの大部分に沿って延びるとともに第1電気接点の手前で終端する外側絶縁性層と、
前記導電性シャフトと前記外側絶縁性層との間で挟まれ、硬質の半導電性材料からなる半導電性層と、を備える、請求項1に記載のコネクタ。 - 第1コネクタユニットは、複数の電気ピンと、各々が各電気ピンの前方端部分の一部に係合する複数の前方ピンシールと、を有し、
第2コネクタユニットは、各々が単一の電気ソケットモジュールを収容する複数の接点用チャンバーを有し、
各接点用チャンバーは、ユニットの嵌合状態において、各ピンの前方端部を受け入れるために位置づけられた各前方端部開口部と、コネクタユニットの嵌合状態において、各ピンの外面に対して封止し、かつ、各前方ピンシールに封止的に係合する前方端部シールと、を有する、請求項1に記載のコネクタ。 - 各接点用チャンバーは、内側接点用チャンバーを形成するよう各電気ソケットモジュールを囲む内側空気袋と、外側空気袋であって、内側および外側空気袋の間に外側チャンバーを形成するよう内側空気袋を囲む外側空気袋と、を有し、
内側および外側空気袋は各々、ユニットの嵌合状態において各ピンの外面に対して封止するよう構成された端部シールを形成する前方端部分を有する、請求項14に記載のコネクタ。 - 複数の前方ピンシール、および、各接点用チャンバーの外側空気袋は各々、半導電性材料からなる少なくとも1つの層を有している、請求項15に記載のコネクタ。
- 各接点用チャンバーの外側空気袋は各々、絶縁性を有する弾性材料からなる内側層と、半導電性材料からなる外側層と、を有している、請求項16に記載のコネクタ。
