Description

The present invention relates to a work carriage for attaching and detaching a railway vehicle coupler.

Railway vehicles are provided with connectors for connecting the vehicles to each other. Naturally, when checking or replacing the vehicle, the operation of removing or installing the connector, that is, the Detachment work occurs.

By the way, this type of coupler is heavy and has a relatively long structure composed of a shock absorber and a body having a connector at the tip. Conventionally, for example, a forklift has been used because it is impossible.

However, when the coupler is supported by a forklift, naturally, it is necessary to support the trunk receiving beam that is elongated in the width direction for supporting the trunk of the coupler to the bottom of the vehicle. There has been a problem that it is very difficult and time-consuming to move and remove the coupler in the work space.

Then, an object of this invention is to provide the work vehicle for attachment / detachment of the coupler for rail vehicles which can perform the attachment / detachment operation | work of a connector easily and rapidly.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the railcar coupler mounting / demounting work cart according to the present invention includes a shock absorber and a shock absorber via a ball joint disposed on a joint installation portion provided at one end of the shock absorber. A work carriage used when attaching and detaching a railway vehicle coupler to and from a railway vehicle composed of a trunk part having one end connected to the vessel and a coupling part provided on the other end side of the trunk part ,
A carriage main body having wheels at the bottom, a front lifting device and a rear lifting device each having a pantograph-type expansion / contraction body provided on the carriage main body and having rolling balls arranged on the upper surface as movement guide means , and the movement A receiving jig mounted on the guide means and supporting the coupler;
This receiving jig is composed of a front receiving body that supports the shock absorber, a rear receiving body that supports the body, and a receiving body moving means that can adjust the interval between these receiving bodies,
And the front receiver is composed of a front standing part that supports the end plate part in the shock absorber on the side opposite to the joint installation part, and a rear side standing part that supports the joint installation part,
Further, the rear receiving body includes a connecting portion support body that supports a connecting portion provided at the front end of the body portion, and a trunk receiving lift device that supports the body receiving beam for holding the body portion on the railcar side so as to be movable up and down. And by using a flat steel plate as a shell plate that is provided in the lift device for the shell support and supports the shell support beam, the posture on the horizontal plane can be changed by sliding the shell support beam. It is what I did .

According to said structure, while arrange | positioning a front raising / lowering apparatus and a rear raising / lowering apparatus on a trolley | bogie main body, the front receiving body and trunk | drum side which can mount the buffer of a connector on this front raising / lowering apparatus are provided. A rear receiving body that can be placed is arranged, and a rear receiving body is provided with a trunk receiving lift device that supports a body receiving beam for holding the body portion on the railcar side so as to be movable up and down. by using a flat steel sheet as the torso receiving plate of the use lifting apparatus, since a structure which can slide the torso receiving beam, it is possible to shorten the protruding length in the width direction of the torso receiving beams at the time of attaching and detaching, thus linking Since the connector can be guided as it is into the installation space in the lower frame provided in the railway vehicle, that is, the work space, the attachment / detachment operation of the coupler can be performed easily and quickly.

In addition, the receiving jig is constituted by a front receiving body that supports the shock absorber and a rear receiving body that supports the body portion, and the distance between the receiving bodies can be adjusted. Since the distance between the supporting front receiving body and the rear receiving body supporting the body side can be arbitrarily adjusted, it is possible to cope with various connectors.

Furthermore, the lifting / lowering device provided on the main body of the carriage is constituted by the front lifting / lowering device and the rear lifting / lowering device, so that the connector can be attached / detached using only one lifting / lowering device. That is, even in the case of a coupler that separates the shock absorber and the body side during the attachment / detachment operation of the connector, the attachment / detachment operation can be performed without hindrance.

Each of the elevating devices 26 is provided across a pantograph-type expansion / contraction body 31 disposed on the support member 24a of the carriage main body 24, and the link member 31a constituting the support member 24a and the expansion / contraction body 31. Lifting and lowering means for expanding and contracting the expandable body 31 by lifting and lowering the upper and lower surfaces thereof, for example, a hydraulic cylinder device 32, and the expandable body 31 are supported by the expandable body 31 and have a rectangular shape in plan view. As the movement guide means on the (surface), for example, a rolling member (also called a ball caster) 33 is constituted by a support member (also a support plate) 34 in which a large number (a plurality) are arranged. Guard members 35 and 36 for preventing the fall of the supported object are provided around each support member 34.

Therefore, by operating the cylinder device 32, each support member 34, that is, the rolling ball 33 can be freely moved up and down within a predetermined height range. Note that the operation buttons of the cylinder device 32 are provided on the operation lever 27 side, and normally, both the lifting devices 26A and 26B are moved up and down in synchronization. Of course, each lifting device 26 can be lifted and lowered separately.

And a handle 77.

The front ends of the links 71a in the left and right link members 71 are connected to the lower surface front portion of the trunk receiving plate 72 and the upper surface front portion of the support base 62 through pins 78, respectively, and the rear side of each link 71a. A guide roller 79 is provided at the end, and is configured to move along the lower surface of the trunk receiving plate 72 and the upper surface of the support base 62.

Therefore, by rotating the male screw member 76 by the handle 77 and adjusting the opening angle of the link member 71 on the left and right, the height of the case receiving plate 72 can be freely adjusted within a predetermined height range.

As described above, a stainless steel plate is used as the flat steel plate, that is, the flat plate constituting the shell receiving plate 72. When the case receiving beam 17 is placed, the case receiving beam 17 is used. It is considered that the posture can be easily changed by sliding. Of course, a general rolled steel plate for general structure, an aluminum plate, or the like can be used instead of the stainless steel plate, or a hard rubber flat plate may be used.

Further, the receiving body moving means 44 includes cylindrical holding members 81 and 82 provided on both side surfaces of the front receiving body 42 and the rear receiving body 43, and front and rear holding members 81 and 82 on the left and right. A pair of left and right sliding rod members 83 into which the portion is inserted, and holding members 81 and 82 and fixtures (for example, pins) 84 and 85 for the rod member 83 provided in the vicinity thereof. Yes.

Therefore, in a state in which one fixing tool 84 (or 85) is released, one of the receiving bodies 42 and 43 placed on the rolling ball 33 of the one supporting member 34 is moved in the front-rear direction. By adjusting the distance (distance) between the receiving bodies 42 and 43, the mounting portion (the end plate portion 12a, the joint installation portion 15 and the connection portion 14) of the coupler 11 becomes the front side standing portion 51 and the rear side. After being positioned on the standing portion 52 and the standing portion 61 and then being fixed by the fixture 84 (or 85), the connector 11 can be in a state where it can be supported (placed).

Of course, at least the widths of the front receiving body 42 and the rear receiving body 43 are sized so as to be within the installation space S of the coupler 11 formed in the vehicle body central portion of the lower frame 2 of the vehicle 1, that is, The width B of the installation space S is narrower.

Next, an operation of attaching the coupler 11 to the vehicle 1 using the work carriage 21 will be described.
First, after placing the front receiving body 42 and the rear receiving body 43 on the front elevating device 26A and the rear elevating device 26B in the work carriage 21, respectively, both the receiving bodies 42, 43 are arranged in the above-described procedure. Is adjusted in accordance with the type, that is, the size of the coupler 11 that is the work target. This adjustment work may be performed before being placed on the work carriage 21.

Next, the male screw member 76 of the trunk receiving lift device 63 is rotated by the handle 77 to raise the trunk receiving plate 72 so that the trunk receiving beam 17 of the connector 11 can be supported. The support member 34 of each lifting device 26 is lowered.

Next, the coupler 11 and the trunk receiving beam 17 are placed on the receiving bodies 42 and 43 by a forklift or the like. At this time, the end plate portion 12a of the shock absorber 12 is placed on the front side standing portion 51 of the front receiving body 42, and the joint setting portion 15 is placed on the rear side standing portion 52. The connecting portion 14 is placed on the standing portion 61 of the body 43, and the case receiving beam 17 is placed on the case receiving plate 72.

Further, as shown in FIG. 9, the posture of the case receiving beam 17 placed on the case receiving plate 72 is more specific so that the posture in the horizontal plane is an acute angle with respect to the longitudinal axis. More specifically, the left and right ends of the trunk receiving beam 17 are inclined so that they can be accommodated in the installation space S in the lower frame 2 of the vehicle 1. The phantom line in FIG. 9 shows the posture of the trunk receiving beam 17 in a normal mounting state that is not inclined. In such a case, the coupler 11 is installed on the lower frame 2 in the work carriage 1. It cannot be led into the space S. FIG. 9 shows a case where only the trunk receiving beam 17 is placed.

In this state, the operation lever 27 is operated to guide (move) the work carriage 21 into the installation space S in the lower frame 2 of the vehicle 1.
When the coupler 11, that is, the shock absorber 12 and the body portion 13 are guided below the predetermined mounting position, both the lifting devices 26A and 26B are operated to raise the receiving jig 41, and the shock absorber 12 and the body portion 13 are moved. Are moved to their respective mounting positions. At the time of the ascent or after the ascent, the trunk receiving beam 17 is returned to the mounting posture along the width direction of the vehicle 1, that is, from the oblique direction along the width direction of the original vehicle 1.

When guiding the coupler 11, the receiving jig 41 is placed on the lifting device 26 side via the rolling balls 33 so that the coupler 11 can be easily placed at the mounting position. Fine adjustments can be made.

In this state, the shock absorber 12 and the trunk receiving beam 17 of the coupler 11 may be fixed and held on the vehicle 1 side by fasteners such as fixtures and bolts.
Further, when the coupler 11 is removed from the vehicle 1, the work carriage 21 is moved to the position of the coupler 11 attached to the vehicle 1. Of course, at this time, the interval between the receiving bodies 42 and 43 in the receiving jig 41 is adjusted so as to correspond to the end plate portion 12a, the joint installation portion 15 and the connecting portion 14 in the coupler 11.

Next, each lifting / lowering device 26 is operated to raise the receiving jig 41 of the coupler 11 so that the mounting portion of the coupler 11 is supported by the front receiving body 42 and the rear receiving body 43. The receiving plate 72 is also raised to support the trunk receiving beam 17.

And after removing the fixture and fastener which hold | maintain the connector 11, and making the said connector 11 and the trunk | drum support beam 17 completely support to the receiving jig 41 side, each raising / lowering apparatus 26 is lowered | hung. If the work carriage 21 is moved outward from the installation space S of the lower frame 2, the coupler 11 can be removed easily and quickly.

As described above, the front lifting device 26A and the rear lifting device 26B are disposed on the carriage main body 24, and the front receiving body 42 that supports the shock absorber 12 of the coupler 11 and the lifting devices 26A and 26B. A rear receiving body 43 that supports the body portion 13 side is disposed, and the rear receiving body 43 supports the body receiving beam 17 for holding the body portion 13 on the vehicle 1 side so as to be movable up and down. 63, and by using a cylinder receiving plate 72 made of a flat steel plate as a support member for the cylinder receiving beam 17 provided in the cylinder receiving lift device 63, the cylinder receiving beam 17 can be slid obliquely on the surface thereof. As a result, the projecting length in the width direction of the trunk support beam 17 can be shortened during the attaching / detaching operation, and thus the coupler 11 is mounted on the lower frame 2 of the vehicle 1 while being mounted on the cart body 24. It is possible to guide to kicking installation space for S, attachment and detachment work of the coupler 11, i.e. can be performed easily and quickly attached and detached.

In addition, since the receiving jig 41 is constituted by the front receiving body 42 and the rear receiving body 43 and the interval between the receiving bodies 42 and 43 can be adjusted, that is, before the shock absorber 12 is supported. Since the space | interval of the part receiving body 42 and the rear part receiving body 43 which supports the trunk | drum 13 side can be adjusted arbitrarily, it can respond to a various coupling device.

Further, since the front receiving body 42 and the rear receiving body 43 that support the coupler 11 are respectively placed on the front lifting device 26A and the rear lifting device 26B arranged in the carriage main body 24, these both receiving The structure of the bodies 42 and 43 themselves can be simplified. In other words, each receiving body 42, 43 only needs to be configured to have a support surface that can support the coupler 11, and therefore the supporting component can be made compact, that is, the width can be reduced. The coupler 11 can be easily guided to the installation space S in the lower frame 2 of the vehicle 1.

Further, since the receiving bodies 42 and 43 are supported on the support members 34 of the lifting devices 26A and 26B via the rolling balls 33, fine adjustment of the mounting position of the coupler 11 in the narrow installation space S is possible. Therefore, the attaching / detaching operation can be speeded up.

Furthermore, since the front elevating device 26A and the rear elevating device 26B are arranged on the carriage main body 24, the attachment / detachment work of the coupler 11 can be performed using only one elevating device 26A (or 26B). That is, even in the case of the coupler 11 in which the shock absorber 12 and the body 13 side are separated at the time of attaching / detaching the connector 11, the attaching / detaching operation can be performed without any trouble.

By the way, as mentioned above, in the said embodiment, although the thing using a ball joint was demonstrated as the coupler 11, you may use a cross joint.
When a coupler using this cross joint is handled, positioning and displacement prevention are performed through a cross joint hole provided in the joint installation portion. That is, on the back surface of the mounting plate 54, there is provided an engaging projection 55 (shown by a broken line in FIGS. 5 and 6) 55 that can be inserted into and removed from the hole for the cross joint. 5 is used, the left and right handle portions 54a are held upside down as shown by the phantom line in FIG. 5 so that the engaging protrusion 55 is in an upward posture.

Therefore, this detachable work carriage can be applied to the detachment work of the ball joint type and cross joint type couplers, in other words, not only for the Shinkansen couplers but also for conventional line couplers. Can respond flexibly.
