Description
Claims (48)
- 関節を形成する2つの骨のうちの第1の骨の欠陥に治療を施すためのシステムであって、前記システムが:
減圧を与えるための減圧源と;
正圧を与えるための正圧源と;
前記減圧源に液通する減圧チャンバ及び前記正圧源に液通するブレーシングチャンバから形成される嚢であって、前記減圧チャンバが、柔軟な材料で形成される壁を有するときに、前記第1の骨の欠陥を実質的に囲む大きさの穴を有し、前記ブレーシングチャンバが柔軟性のある材料で形成された壁を有し、前記減圧チャンバ及び前記ブレーシングチャンバのそれぞれの前記壁の一部が、前記嚢の内壁を形成する嚢と;
前記減圧チャンバの前記内壁と前記穴との間で前記減圧チャンバの中に配置され、前記欠陥に減圧を分配し、且つ前記第1の骨と前記内壁との間に構造的支持を与えるように多孔質材料で形成されたマニホルドと;
を具えており、
前記ブレーシングチャンバに正圧が加わったときに、前記ブレーシングチャンバの前記壁が膨張して、前記内壁と前記2つの骨のうちの第2の骨との間のブレーシング提供し、
前記減圧チャンバに減圧が加わったときに、前記減圧チャンバの前記壁が縮小することで、前記穴が前記欠陥の周囲を密閉し、
前記マニホルドが、前記欠陥に減圧を分配し、前記内壁と前記第1の骨との間に支持を与えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記マニホルドが、前記減圧チャンバを部分的に満たして前記内壁の一部に接触し、
前記マニホルド及び前記内壁の残りの部分が、前記欠陥の近くに位置する空洞を形成し、
前記マニホルドが、前記空洞及び前記減圧チャンバの前記穴を介して間接的に前記欠陥に減圧を与えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記マニホルドが、前記欠陥に液通する発泡材料であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記発泡材料が、100ミクロン乃至1,500ミクロン範囲の大きさを有する複数のオープンセルを具えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシステム。
- さらに、前記マニホルドが、前記欠陥を満たして新たな組織形成を促進するような大きさの足場部品を具えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記内壁が、前記ブレーシングチャンバ及び前記減圧間の共通の壁であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記内壁が実質的に硬質であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
- さらに、前記空洞の中に配置されて、前記第1の骨と前記ブレーシングチャンバとの間のさらなるブレーシングを与える発泡材料を具えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記発泡材料が、生体吸収性であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記発泡材料が、組織の成長及び/又は再生のための足場として機能することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記発泡材料が、成長因子又は栄養素でコーティングされ又はこれらが注入されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記発泡材料が、前記マニホルドに接着することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記マニホルドが、前記減圧チャンバを実質的に満たし、前記減圧チャンバの前記穴を覆い、
前記マニホルドが、前記穴を介して前記減圧を前記欠陥に直接的に分配することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記マニホルドが、前記欠陥に液通する発泡材料であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記発泡材料が、100ミクロン乃至1,500ミクロン範囲の大きさを有する複数のオープンセルを具えることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記内壁が、前記ブレーシングチャンバ及び前記減圧間の共通の壁であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記内壁が実施的に柔軟性を有することを特徴とする請求項16に記載のシステム。
- さらに、前記マニホルドが、前記欠陥を満たして新たな組織形成を促進するような大きさの足場部品を具えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記足場部品が、前記第1の骨と前記ブレーシングチャンバとの間でさらなるブレーシングを与えることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 前記足場部品が、生体吸収性であることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 前記足場部品が、前記欠陥に接着することを特徴とする請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記足場部品が、前記マニホルドに接着することを特徴とする請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記足場部品が、成長因子又は栄養素でコーティングされ又はこれらが注入されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 前記減圧チャンバ及び前記ブレーシングチャンバの前記壁が、1又はそれ以上のエラストマから成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 関節を形成する2つの骨うちの第1の骨の欠陥に治療を施すための嚢であって、前記嚢が:
減圧源と液通するための減圧ポート及び前記第1の骨の前記欠陥を実質的に囲む大きさの穴を有する減圧嚢と;
正圧源に液通するための正圧ポートを有し、前記減圧嚢に付けられたブレーシング嚢と;
前記欠陥に減圧を分配し、且つ前記第1の骨と前記ブレーシング嚢との間に構造的支持を与えるように前記穴の近くの前記減圧嚢の中に配置されるマニホルドと;
を具えており、
前記正圧ポートに正圧が適用されたときに、前記ブレーシング嚢が膨張して、前記マニホルドと前記2つの骨のうちの第2の骨との間に支持を与え、前記ブレーシング嚢の前記減圧ポートに減圧が適用されたときに、前記減圧嚢が前記欠陥の周りの前記穴を密閉して、前記マニホルドを介して前記欠陥に減圧を分配し、前記マニホルドと前記第1の骨との間に支持を与えることを特徴とする嚢。 - 前記マニホルドが、前記減圧嚢を実質的に満たし、前記減圧嚢の前記穴を覆い、
前記マニホルドが、前記穴を介して前記欠陥に直接的に減圧を分配することを特徴とする請求項25に記載の嚢。 - 前記マニホルドが、前記欠陥に液通する発泡材料であることを特徴とする請求項26に記載の嚢。
- 前記発泡材料が、100ミクロン乃至1,500ミクロン範囲の大きさを有する複数のオープンセルを具えることを特徴とする請求項27に記載の嚢。
- さらに、前記ブレーシング嚢と前記減圧との間の共通の壁を具えることを特徴とする請求項26に記載の嚢。
- 前記共通の壁が、実質的に柔軟性を有することを特徴とする請求項29に記載の嚢。
- さらに、前記マニホルドが、前記欠陥を満たして組織形成を促進するような大きさの足場部品を具えることを特徴とする請求項26に記載の嚢。
- 前記足場部品が、前記第1の骨と前記ブレーシング嚢との間にさらなる支持を与えることを特徴とする請求項31に記載の嚢。
- 前記足場部品が、生体吸収性であることを特徴とする請求項31に記載の嚢。
- 前記足場部品が、前記欠陥に接着することを特徴とする請求項33に記載の嚢。
- 前記足場部品が、前記マニホルドに接着することを特徴とする請求項33に記載の嚢。
- 前記足場部品が、成長因子又は栄養素でコーティングされ又はこれらが注入されることを特徴とする請求項31に記載の嚢。
- 前記減圧嚢及び前記ブレーシング嚢が、1又はそれ以上のエラストマから成ることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の嚢。
- 前記マニホルドが、前記減圧嚢を部分的に満たして前記減圧嚢の一部に接触し、
前記マニホルド及び前記減圧嚢の残りの部分が、前記欠陥の近くに位置する空洞を形成し、
前記マニホルドが、前記減圧嚢の前記空洞及び前記穴を介して間接的に前記欠陥に減圧を与えることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の嚢。 - 前記マニホルドが、前記欠陥に液通する発泡材料であることを特徴とする請求項38に記載の嚢。
- 前記発泡材料が、100ミクロン乃至1,500ミクロン範囲の大きさを有する複数のオープンセルを具えることを特徴とする請求項39に記載の嚢。
- さらに、前記マニホルドが、前記欠陥を満たして新たな組織形成を促進するような大きさの足場部品を具えることを特徴とする請求項38に記載の嚢。
- さらに、前記ブレーシング嚢と前記減圧との間に共通の壁を具えることを特徴とする請求項38に記載の嚢。
- 前記共通の壁が、実質的に硬質であることを特徴とする請求項42に記載の嚢。
- さらに、前記空洞に配置され、前記第1の骨と前記ブレーシング嚢の間にさらなる支持を与えるための発泡材料を具えることを特徴とする請求項38に記載の嚢。
- 前記発泡材料が、生体吸収性であることを特徴とする請求項44に記載の嚢。
- 前記発泡材料が、組織成長のための足場として機能することを特徴とする請求項44に記載の嚢。
- 前記発泡材料が、成長因子又は栄養素でコーティングされ又はこれらが注入されることを特徴とする請求項46に記載の嚢。
- 前記発泡材料が、前記マニホルドに接着することを特徴とする請求項44に記載の嚢。
