Claims (15)
- 被験者の日常生活動作における同被験者の身体動作を示す動作信号を受信する動作センサ回路と、
前記動作信号とは異なる、被験者の日常生活動作に対する被験者の生理的反応を示す実際の生理反応信号を受信する生理センサ回路と、
近似生理反応信号を生成する信号処理回路と、を備える装置であって、
前記信号処理回路が、前記動作信号と少なくとも1つの特性パラメータを含むテンプレートとをコンボリューションして近似生理反応信号を生成し、
前記信号処理回路が、近似生理反応信号からの情報と実際の生理反応信号からの情報とを比較し、比較に基づいて少なくとも1つの特性パラメータを調整することにより少なくとも1つの特性パラメータを決定し、
前記信号処理回路が、使用者又は外部装置に対して心臓状態を示す診断を提供し、
前記信号処理回路が少なくとも1つの特性パラメータから前記診断を取得する装置。 - 前記動作センサ回路が、加速度信号を含む動作信号を受信する加速度計を有し、前記実際の生理反応信号を受信することが、心拍、間隔信号、及び呼吸信号の少なくともいずれかを受信することを含む請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記信号処理回路が、近似生理反応信号と実際の生理反応信号との間の差異を減少又は最小化させるために、近似生理反応信号からの情報と実際の生理反応信号からの情報とを反復的に比較するとともに比較に基づいて少なくとも1つの特性パラメータを反復的に調整することにより、反復的に近似生理反応信号を生成することを含む請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記信号処理回路が時間領域から周波数領域への変換回路を含み、前記テンプレートがインパルス応答テンプレートを含み、前記信号処理回路が動作信号とインパルス応答テンプレートとをコンボリューションし、同コンボリューションが、動作信号の周波数領域表現とインパルス応答テンプレートの周波数領域表現とを乗算することを含む請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記信号処理回路が動作信号とテンプレートとをコンボリューションすることが、動作信号とインパルス応答テンプレートとをコンボリューションすることを含む請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記信号処理回路が動作信号とテンプレートとをコンボリューションすることが、時間の指数関数を含む時間領域インパルス応答テンプレートを用いることを含み、前記少なくとも1つの特性パラメータが、指数関数のスケーリング定数及び指数関数の時定数の少なくともいずれかを含む請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記信号処理回路が少なくとも1つの特性パラメータを経時的にトレンド把握し、トレンド把握された特性パラメータを用いて被験者の診断を取得及び提供する請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの特性パラメータが時定数を含み、前記信号処理回路が、トレンド把握された時定数が経時的に増加したときに心臓状態の悪化を示す診断を提供する請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの特性パラメータがスケーリング定数を含み、前記信号処理回路が、トレンド把握されたスケーリング定数が経時的に減少したときに変時性不全の悪化を示す診断を提供する請求項7又は8に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの特性パラメータがスケーリング定数を含み、前記信号処理回路が、トレンド把握されたスケーリング定数が経時的に増加したときに心臓状態の悪化を示す診断を提供する請求項7乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記生理センサ回路が、胸部インピーダンスを示す電圧信号を感知するインピーダンスセンサを有し、前記生理センサ回路が、前記胸部インピーダンスを用いて被験者の生理的反応についての情報を取得する請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記生理センサ回路が、前記胸部インピーダンスを用いて呼吸、心収縮、及び胸部体液貯留の少なくともいずれかに関する情報を取得する請求項11に記載の装置。
- 内在性心房信号を受信する心房感知回路を備える請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 内在性心室信号を受信する心室感知回路を備える請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 被験者の心臓に治療を施すための治療回路を備える請求項1乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
