Claims (14)
- 被験者からの生理学的信号を感知するための感知増幅器を含む、生理学的センサ回路と、
感知された前記生理学的信号から生成された、第1の1つ以上の信号メトリックを用いて、心不整脈の存在を示す不整脈イベントを検出するように構成された、第1の不整脈検出器回路と、
前記第1の不整脈検出器回路による前記不整脈イベントの検出についての信頼性レベルを示す信頼性スコアを生成するように構成された、信頼性インジケータ生成器回路と、
前記第1の不整脈検出器回路とは異なる第2の不整脈検出器回路であって、前記信頼性スコアが信頼性閾値を下回ることに応じて、前記感知された生理的信号から生成された、第2の1つ以上の信号メトリックを用いて、前記第1の不整脈検出器回路から独立して不整脈イベントを検出するように構成され、前記第2の1つ以上の信号メトリックは前記第1の1つ以上の信号メトリックとは異なり、及び、前記第2の不整脈検出器回路は、前記感知された生理学的信号から生成された前記第2の1つ以上の信号メトリックを用いて、前記第1の不整脈検出器回路によって検出された前記心不整脈の存在を確認し、又は否決する、第2の不整脈検出器回路と、
前記第2の不整脈検出器回路に結合されたコントローラ回路であって、該コントローラ回路が、
前記信頼性スコアが一定の信頼性閾値を下回ることに応答して、前記第1の不整脈検出器回路によって検出された前記心不整脈の存在を前記第2の不整脈検出器回路が確認するために、前記第1の不整脈検出器回路によって検出された前記不整脈イベントを前記第2の不整脈検出器回路に与えるように構成される、コントローラ回路と
を備えるシステム。 - 前記第1の不整脈検出器回路が、心房性または心室性不整脈を含む前記不整脈イベントを検出するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラ回路が、信頼性閾値を上回る前記信頼性スコアに応答して、
検出された前記不整脈イベントをメモリ回路内に記憶すること、または
アラート信号を生成すること
を実行する、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。 - 前記第2の不整脈検出器回路が、前記第1の不整脈検出器回路よりも高い計算能力を有し、またはさらに計算集約的なアルゴリズムを実行する、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記生理学的センサ回路が、心臓信号を含む前記生理学的信号を受け取るように構成され、
前記第1の不整脈検出器回路が、前記心臓信号から生成される信号メトリックを含んでなる、前記第1の1つ以上の信号メトリックを生成し、前記第1の不整脈検出器回路が、指定された条件を満足する前記信号メトリックに応答して、前記不整脈イベントを検出するように構成される、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記第1の不整脈検出器回路によって前記心臓信号から生成された前記信号メトリックが、
指定された時間期間内における前記心臓信号からの安定な拍動についての第1の数、
前記指定された時間期間内における前記心臓信号からの不安定な拍動についての第2の数、または
前記第1の数と前記第2の数との間の相対数についての第3の数
を含む、請求項5に記載のシステム。 - 前記心臓信号から生成された前記信号メトリックが、前記心臓信号からの複数の心拍数測定の心拍数分布を含み、該心拍数分布が、
前記心拍数測定の中心傾向、または
前記心拍数測定の中心傾向の指定された限度内に含まれる心拍動の相対数
を含む、請求項5に記載のシステム。 - 前記心臓信号から生成された前記信号メトリックが、前記心臓信号からの複数の心拍動の形態測定を含み、前記第1の不整脈検出器回路が、前記複数の心拍動の形態測定を使用して、前記不整脈イベントを検出するためのものである、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記信頼性インジケータ生成器回路は、検出された前記不整脈イベントについて決定するためのものであり、前記信頼性スコアは前記心臓信号から生成された前記信号メトリックの基準値からの偏差に比例する信頼性スコアを含む、請求項5乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記信頼性インジケータ生成器回路が、2つ以上の信号メトリックのそれぞれの基準値からの偏差の組み合わせを使用して、前記信頼性スコアを決定するためのものである、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記信頼性インジケータ生成器回路が、前記心臓信号から生成された前記信号メトリックの信号品質に基づいて、前記信頼性スコアを決定するためのものであり、前記信号品質が、
信号対雑音比、
モーション・アーチファクトの検出、または
異所性拍動の検出
のうちの1つを含む、請求項5乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記信頼性インジケータ生成器回路が、
失神歴、
不整脈歴、
アブレーション治療、または
先の不整脈イベントの持続時間
のうちの1つを含む、前記被験者の病歴に基づいて、前記信頼性スコアを決定するためのものである、請求項5乃至11のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 検出された前記不整脈イベントについての人間が知覚可能な提示を生成するように構成される、出力回路を備える、請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 2つ以上の検出された不整脈イベントを、前記それぞれの信頼性スコアに基づいて、優先順位付けするための、比較器回路を含む、優先順位付け器回路をさらに備え、
前記出力回路が、優先順位付けされた2つ以上の検出された前記不整脈イベントの少なくとも一部を含む前記提示を生成するように構成される、
請求項13に記載のシステム。
