Description
Claims (14)
- 植え込まれたリード線を取り出すことを補助するためのデバイスであって、
前記リード線を収容するように適合された中心部を有する本体部分と、
前記リード線から組織を分離することを補助するために前記本体部分に結合された切断コンポーネントと、
少なくとも部分的に前記本体部分内に配設された少なくとも1つの固定コンポーネントであって、該固定コンポーネントの少なくとも一部は、流体圧力を印加することによって前記リード線にそって前記本体部分の少なくとも一部の移動に抵抗する圧力を前記リード線に加えることができる、固定コンポーネントと、からなるデバイスにおいて、
前記本体部分は、遠位部分と近位部分とを有し、
少なくとも1つの拡張コンポーネントをさらに備え、該拡張コンポーネントの少なくとも一部は、流体圧力を印加することによって前記遠位部分と前記近位部分との間の距離を変化させることができることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 前記少なくとも1つの拡張コンポーネントは、膨らんだとき前記遠位部分と前記近位部分との間の前記距離を増大することができる少なくとも1つの伸長バルーンを備え、および/または流体圧力下で動作するピストン機構を備える請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの拡張コンポーネントは、前記遠位部分と前記近位部分とを連結するバネ機構を備え、該バネ機構は、前記少なくとも1つの伸長バルーンが膨らんだときに引き伸ばされる請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの固定コンポーネントは、前記遠位部分を前記リード線に固定することができる遠位固定コンポーネントを含む請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの固定コンポーネントは、前記近位部分を前記リード線に固定することができる近位固定コンポーネントを含む請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記リード線にそった前記遠位部分の移動に抵抗する圧力を前記リード線に加える遠位固定コンポーネントをさらに備える請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの固定コンポーネントは、膨らんだときに移動に抵抗する圧力を前記リード線に加える少なくとも1つの固定バルーンを備える請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記拡張コンポーネントは、前記遠位部分を前記リード線にそって強制的に前進させることができ、前記切断コンポーネントは、前記拡張コンポーネントによって前記切断コンポーネントが前記リード線にそって強制的に前進させられるように前記遠位部分に結合される請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記切断コンポーネントに結合された回転コンポーネントを更に備え、該回転コンポーネントは、前記遠位部分が前記リード線にそって強制的に前進させられたときに切断部分を回転させることができる請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 植え込まれたリード線を取り出すことを補助するためのデバイスであって、
前記リード線を収容するように適合された中心部を有する本体部分と、
前記リード線から組織を分離することを補助するために前記本体部分に結合された切断コンポーネントと、
少なくとも部分的に前記本体部分内に配設された少なくとも1つの固定コンポーネントであって、該固定コンポーネントの少なくとも一部は、流体圧力を印加することによって前記リード線にそって前記本体部分の少なくとも一部の移動に抵抗する圧力を前記リード線に加えることができる、固定コンポーネントと、からなるデバイスにおいて、
前記少なくとも1つの固定コンポーネントは、少なくとも1つの拡張コンポーネントを備え、該少なくとも1つの拡張コンポーネントの少なくとも一部は、流体圧力を印加することによって前記リード線にそって前記本体部分の少なくとも一部を前進させることができることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 前記少なくとも1つの固定コンポーネントおよび前記少なくとも1つの拡張コンポーネントは、複数の連結されたバルーンから形成され、該複数の連結されたバルーンのそれぞれは、膨らんだとき、前記リード線にそった前記本体部分の少なくとも一部の移動に抵抗する圧力を前記リード線に加えることができ、前記リード線にそって前記本体部分の少なくとも一部を前進させる請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 遠位部分と近位部分とを有する本体部分を備え、植え込まれたリード線を取り出すことを補助するためのデバイスであって、
該デバイスの中心部分を介して該リード線を収容するための手段と、
該リード線から組織を分離するための分離手段と、
少なくとも一部は流体圧力を印加することによって該リード線にそった該デバイスの少なくとも一部の移動に抵抗する圧力を該リード線に加えるための固定手段と、
少なくとも一部は流体圧力を印加することによって前記遠位部分と前記近位部分との間の距離を変化させることができる拡張手段と、
からなるデバイス。 - 少なくとも一部は流体圧力を印加することによって前記リード線にそって前記デバイスを前進させるための手段をさらに備える請求項12に記載のデバイス。
- 組織を分離するための前記分離手段を回転するための手段をさらに備える請求項13に記載のデバイス。
