Description
Claims (17)
- テープリールとしてスプールに巻かれる、又は巻くことができるテストテープ(12)を有する血糖検査のための診断テープユニット(10)であり、前記テストテープは、移送テープ(18)と、前記移送テープに搭載される複数のテストエレメント(20)とを有し、前記テストエレメント(20)は、分析試薬層(34)と、前記試薬層(34)を支持するキャリア箔(36)と、前記キャリア箔(36)を前記移送テープ(18)に接続する1つの粘着テープ(28)とを有し、前記キャリア箔(36)から見て外側に向く前記試薬層(34)の正面側(24)は、サンプル物質を塗布するように配置され、いずれの場合でも光を透過する前記移送テープ(18)と組み合わせた前記テストエレメント(20)は、前記試薬層(34)の反射光光度測定のための光多層システムを背面側に形成する診断テープユニットであって、前記キャリア箔(36)、前記1つの接着テープ(28)、及び前記移送テープ(18)により形成される前記多層システムの屈折率及び/又は透過率及び/又はヘイズが、所定の許容値の中に調整されることを特徴とする診断テープユニット。
- いずれの場合でも前記移送テープ(18)、前記キャリア箔(36)、及び前記1つの接着テープ(28)の屈折率は、1.4と1.7の間である請求項1に記載の診断テープユニット。
- 前記多層システムのそれぞれの層の屈折率の最大差異は、0.2である請求項1、又は請求項2に記載の診断テープユニット。
- 前記多層システムの全体の屈折率は、1.5である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の診断テープユニット。
- 可視波長範囲において、前記移送テープ(18)、前記1つの接着テープ(28)、及び前記キャリア箔(36)のそれぞれは、80%より大きい透過率を有する請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の診断テープユニット。
- 可視波長範囲において、前記多層システムの全体の透過率は、少なくとも80%である請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の診断テープユニット。
- 前記テストテープ(12)の前記テストエレメント(20)の全体における透過許容差は、5%よりも小さい請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の診断テープユニット。
- 可視波長範囲において、前記キャリア箔(36)、及び前記1つの接着テープ(28)の光ヘイズは、10%よりも小さい請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の診断テープユニット。
- 可視波長範囲において、前記移送テープ(18)の光ヘイズは、3%よりも小さい請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の診断テープユニット。
- 可視波長範囲において、前記多層システムの全体の光ヘイズは、20%より小さい請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の診断テープユニット。
- 前記多層システムのヘイズは、具体的には製造後約1〜2週間である時間間隔に減少し、それ以降は、前記ヘイズは、比較的一定に保たれる請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の診断テープユニット。
- 前記テストテープ(12)の前記多層システムの全体のヘイズの許容値は、5%よりも小さい請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の診断テープユニット。
- 前記多層の1つの接着テープ(28)は、接着層(32、32´)の双方の側面に提供される透過箔の基材(30)で構成される請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の診断テープユニット。
- 前記移送テープ(18)、及び前記キャリア箔(36)は、PETフィルムで構成される請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の診断テープユニット。
- 具体的には血液であり、具体的には体液である前記サンプル基材に包含される検体は、相対反射率の測定により決定され、較正データは、測定した反射率の関数として前記検体の濃度が規定される前記テストエレメント(20)に割り当てられる請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の診断テープユニット。
- 診断測定システム、具体的には請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の診断テープユニット(10)、及び測定位置に配置される前記テストエレメント(20)の前記試薬層(34)の背面側に向き、光源(42)と、前記多層システムを介して前記試薬層(34)に光源が放射する測定光の直接反射経路の外側に配置される光検出器(44)とを具備する反射光光度計の配置(40)を有する血糖検査の診断測定システム。
- 前記光源(42)は、前記試薬層(34)の粒子が拡散体として機能する前記試薬層(34)の背面側に1mm2よりも小さい光点を生成する請求項16に記載の診断測定システム。
