Claims (10)
- 流体を反応させるための反応装置であって、
成形体の第1端から第2端に向かう方向に平行に延びるセル群を有する多セル押出し成形体を備え、該成形体は、該成形体の両端において開口する第1の複数のセルと、前記成形体の一端または両端において閉塞された第2の複数のセルとを有し、
該第2の複数のセルは、該第2の複数のセル同士が互いに隣接している構造のセル群であり、かつ前記成形体を少なくとも部分的に通って延びる流体通路の少なくとも一部が、前記第2の複数のセルの内部に形成されているものであり、
前記流体通路は、前記第2の複数のセルに沿って該第2の複数のセルの内部を前記セル群の延びる方向に往復しつつ、その往復が前記セル群の延びる方向に対して直交する平面内において蛇行する蛇行通路を有し、
該蛇行通路は、前記第2の複数のセルにおいて、前記互いに隣接する前記セルそれぞれの内部を前記セル群の延びる方向へ通るように形成されている前記流体通路の一部分と前記成形体の前記閉塞された一端またはそれらの近傍において前記セル群の延びる方向に対して直交する横方向に前記互いに隣接する前記セル間をセルからセルへ接続している前記流体通路の他部分とで構成されていることを特徴とする反応装置。 - 前記蛇行通路は、前記成形体のセル群の延びる方向に直交する一平面内のセル1本分の幅を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の反応装置。
- 前記蛇行通路は、前記第2の複数のセルのセル群の延びる方向に沿って少なくとも2回往復することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の反応装置。
- 前記蛇行通路は、入力ポートおよび出力ポートを通じて前記成形体の外部から接続可能であり、前記入力ポートは前記成形体の前記第1端に配置されかつ該成形体の第1端において栓によって閉塞されたセル群によって取り囲まれていることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項記載の反応装置。
- 前記入力ポートに結合された流体連結器をさらに備え、該流体連結器は圧着シールを備え、該圧着シールは、前記入力ポートを取り囲む前記栓に対し圧着され、または前記セル群内の栓によって支持された面に対し圧着されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の反応装置。
- 前記入力ポートに結合された流体連結器をさらに備え、該流体連結器は、前記入力ポートを取り囲む前記栓群に接着され、または前記セル群内の栓群によって支持された面に接着されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の反応装置。
- 前記流体連結器は、焼結されたフリットによって前記栓群に接着され、または前記栓群によって支持された面に接着されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の反応装置。
- 前記蛇行通路は、入力ポートおよび出力ポートを通じて前記成形体の外部から接続可能であり、前記入力ポートは前記成形体の一側における壁に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項記載の反応装置。
- 前記入力ポートに結合された流体連結器をさらに備え、該流体連結器は圧着シールを備え、該圧着シールは、前記成形体の一側における壁に対し圧着されていることを特徴とする請求項8記載の反応装置。
- 前記入力ポートに結合された流体連結器をさらに備え、該流体連結器は、前記成形体の一側における壁に接着されていることを特徴とする請求項8記載の反応装置。
