Claims (8)
- リッチメディアストリーム内の同期を可能にするエンコーダの方法であって、前記方法は、
連続的なグローバル時系列が同期マスタとして使用される場合、前記リッチメディアストリームの要素に第1の同期マスタ属性を設定し、1つ以上の文書時系列が同期マスタとして使用される場合、前記リッチメディアストリームの要素に第2の同期マスタ属性を設定する工程(900)と、
前記属性を少なくとも1つの受信エンティティに送信し、これにより前記受信エンティティが前記送信された属性に基づいて前記リッチメディアストリームについて同期をとることを可能にする工程(901)とを有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記要素は、前記リッチメディアストリームのSVG要素であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記属性は、前記リッチメディアストリームの外部にあるシグナリングを介して、前記少なくとも1つの受信エンティティに提供されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- リッチメディアストリーム内の同期を可能にするデコーダの方法であって、前記方法は、
前記リッチメディアストリームの要素において、前記リッチメディアストリームについての現在の同期マスタを示す目的を有する同期マスタ属性を受信する工程(1000)と、
前記受信された属性が第1の同期マスタ属性であり、かつ前記第1の同期マスタ属性が設定されている場合、グローバル時系列を同期マスタとして使用し、前記受信された属性が第2の同期マスタ属性であり、かつ前記第2の同期マスタ属性が設定されているか、または前記受信属性が設定されていない場合、同期マスタとして1つ以上の文書時系列を使用して前記リッチメディアストリーム内で同期をとる工程(1001)とを有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記グローバル時系列は、伝送レベルタイムスタンプに基づくことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 両方の属性が設定されている場合、前記第1の同期マスタ属性が前記第2の同期マスタ属性より優先されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- リッチメディアストリーム内の同期を可能にするエンコーダ(501)を有するマルチメディアサーバ(500)であって、
前記エンコーダは、
同期が連続的なグローバル時系列に基づいてなされる場合には前記リッチメディアストリームの要素に第1の属性を挿入し、同期が1つ以上の文書時系列に基づいてなされる場合には前記リッチメディアストリームの要素に第2の属性を挿入する挿入ユニット(504)と、
前記属性を少なくとも1つの受信エンティティに送信し、前記少なくとも1つの受信エンティティが前記送信された属性に基づいて前記リッチメディアストリームについて同期をとることを可能にする送信器(505)とを有することを特徴とするマルチメディアサーバ。 - リッチメディアストリーム内の同期ベースの選択を可能にするデコーダ(601)を有するマルチメディアクライアント(600)であって、
前記デコーダは、
前記リッチメディアストリームの要素において、前記リッチメディアストリームについての現在の同期マスタを示す目的を有する属性を受信し、前記リッチメディアストリームを復号化ユニット(604)に提供する受信器(602)と、
前記リッチメディアストリームにおける同期をとる同期ユニット(606)とを有し、
前記同期ユニットは、前記同期ユニットが前記受信された属性が第1の属性であり、かつ前記第1の属性が設定されている場合、グローバル時系列を同期マスタとして使用し、前記受信された属性が第2の属性であり、かつ前記第2の属性が設定されているか、または前記受信属性が設定されていない場合、同期マスタとして1つ以上の文書時系列を使用するように適合されていることを特徴とするマルチメディアクライアント。
