Description
The present invention relates to an elastic crawler.
In recent years, elastic crawlers have been widely used in traveling parts of agricultural machines, construction machines, and civil engineering machines. As this type of elastic crawler, the rubber crawler of Patent Document 1 is known.
In the rubber crawler of Patent Document 1, cored bars are embedded at predetermined intervals in the crawler circumferential direction in a rubber crawler body formed in an endless belt shape. The core bar is provided with a pair of protrusions that protrude toward the inner peripheral side of the crawler, and a recess is formed in the inner peripheral part of the rubber crawler body across the root part of the protrusion adjacent in the crawler circumferential direction. ing. By this recess, the compressive strain generated between the roots of the adjacent protrusions of the rubber crawler main body that is curved around the sprocket or idler of the vehicle is relieved. Since the compressive strain is relieved in this way, heat generation between and around the root portions of the adjacent protrusions during traveling is suppressed, and occurrence of problems is suppressed. Moreover, a rubber crawler main body becomes easy to bend by a hollow part, and the power loss at the time of driving | running | working is reduced.
In the market, compared with Patent Document 1, the occurrence of problems due to heat generation between adjacent metal cores during running is further suppressed, and the power loss is reduced by facilitating bending (that is, improving flexibility). Development of an elastic crawler is desired.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an elastic crawler that suppresses heat generation between adjacent core bars during traveling and has improved flexibility.
An elastic crawler according to claim 1 is an elastic crawler main body formed in an endless belt shape by an elastic body, a central portion, a pair of wing portions extending outward in the crawler width direction from the central portion, and a boundary portion between the central portion and the wing portion A plurality of cored bars embedded in the elastic crawler body at intervals in the circumferential direction of the crawler, and a wheel passing surface, and the protrusions. Formed on the outer periphery of the crawler in the crawler width direction and the inner peripheral portion of the elastic crawler body, and extends outwardly between the wings adjacent to the crawler in the crawler circumferential direction. seen concave in cross-section along the crawler outer peripheral side, an inner end portion of the crawler width direction inner side, the track roller the outer end of the crawler width direction outer passage area is disposed in the crawler width direction inner convex to the crawler width direction inside To be It has a first recess that is curved in an arc shape, a.
Generally, in a portion where an elastic crawler is wound around a driving wheel (for example, a sprocket) or a driven wheel of a vehicle (hereinafter referred to as “wound portion”), the elastic crawler body is a driving wheel or a driven wheel. Therefore, the compressive strain generated in the inner peripheral portion of the elastic crawler main body is increased. This compressive strain increases as it approaches the inner peripheral surface of the elastic crawler body from the rigid neutral surface, and also increases between adjacent core bars that are mainly curved portions.
For this reason, in the elastic crawler according to the first aspect of the present invention, a first concave portion extending outward in the crawler width direction from between the blade portions adjacent to each other in the crawler circumferential direction is formed in the inner peripheral portion of the elastic crawler body. In other words, a portion where the compressive strain of the elastic crawler main body is increased is removed from the wound portion. As a result, the compressive strain generated between the adjacent core bars of the elastic crawler body at the winding portion is alleviated. As a result, heat generation between the adjacent core bars of the elastic crawler main body during travel (heat generation of the elastic body) is suppressed, and occurrence of problems is suppressed. In addition, the malfunction here refers to the early generation | occurrence | production of the crack by the heat aging of an elastic body, peeling of the core metal and an elastic body by the fall of the adhesive force of an elastic body and a core metal, etc.
Further, since the first recesses relieve the compressive strain generated between the adjacent core bars of the elastic crawler body at the winding portion, the power loss due to the compressive strain generated between the adjacent core bars during traveling is reduced. In other words, by forming the first recess in the inner peripheral portion of the elastic crawler body, the bending resistance between the adjacent cored bars of the elastic crawler body (here, synonymous with bending rigidity) decreases, and the elastic crawler body Becomes easier to bend (that is, flexibility is improved), and power loss during running is reduced.
As mentioned above, according to the elastic crawler of Claim 1, while being able to suppress the heat_generation | fever between the adjacent metal cores at the time of driving | running | working, a softness | flexibility improves.
An elastic crawler according to a second aspect is the elastic crawler according to the first aspect, wherein an end of the first concave portion on the outer side in the crawler width direction is opened to a width end of the elastic crawler main body.
The elastic crawler according to claim 2, wherein an end of the first recess on the outer side in the crawler width direction is open to a width end (end in the crawler width direction) of the elastic crawler body, that is, the first recess is an adjacent wing. Since it extends over a range from the gap to the width end, the compressive strain generated between the adjacent core bars of the crawler body at the winding portion is relieved in a wide range in the crawler width direction. Thereby, the heat_generation | fever between the adjacent metal bars of the elastic crawler main body at the time of driving | running | working is suppressed in the crawler width direction in the wide range. Furthermore, the bending resistance between the adjacent metal cores of the elastic crawler main body decreases in a wide range in the crawler width direction, and the elastic crawler main body is more easily bent.
Further, even when a lump or the like is placed on the first recess during traveling on the field, the end of the first recess on the outer side in the crawler width direction is open to the width end of the elastic crawler body, which may cause vibration during traveling. A lump can be discharged from the width end of the elastic crawler body.
Elastic crawler of claim 3, the elastic crawler according to claim 1 or claim 2, the inner peripheral portion of the elastic crawler body, crawler circumferential over the root portion of the protruding portion adjacent to the crawler circumferential direction A second recess that is recessed to the side is formed.
The elastic crawler of claim 3, adjacent the elastic crawler body since the second recess over the root portion of the protruding portion adjacent to the crawler circumferential direction on the inner peripheral portion of the elastic crawler body are formed in the winding portion The compressive strain generated between the cored bars is relieved in a wider range in the crawler width direction.
The elastic crawler according to claim 4 is the elastic crawler according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a length of the first concave portion in the crawler circumferential direction is a crawler circumferential direction in a cross section along the crawler circumferential direction. It is 50 to 225% of the length in the crawler circumferential direction between the wings adjacent to each other.
In the elastic crawler according to claim 4, in the cross section along the crawler circumferential direction, the length of the first recess in the crawler circumferential direction is set to 50 to 225% of the length in the crawler circumferential direction between adjacent blade portions in the crawler circumferential direction. Therefore, the compressive strain generated between the adjacent core bars of the elastic crawler body at the winding portion is effectively reduced.
Here, for example, when the length in the crawler circumferential direction of the first recess is less than 50% of the length in the crawler circumferential direction between the adjacent wings, between the adjacent core bars of the elastic crawler body at the winding portion In the case where the effect of reducing the compressive strain generated in the rubber is small and exceeds 225%, the rubber covering the core metal becomes thin, and there is a possibility that the rubber is likely to be cracked.
Therefore, the length of the first recess in the crawler circumferential direction is preferably in the range of 50 to 225% of the length in the crawler circumferential direction between adjacent blade portions.
The elastic crawler according to claim 5 is the elastic crawler according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a thickness of the elastic crawler main body at a portion corresponding to the first recess is in a cross section along the crawler circumferential direction. , And 50 to 80% of the thickness of the elastic crawler body at a portion corresponding to the wing portion.
In the elastic crawler according to claim 5, in the cross section along the crawler circumferential direction, the thickness of the elastic crawler main body at the portion corresponding to the first recess is 50 to 80% of the thickness of the elastic crawler main body at the portion corresponding to the wing portion. For this reason, the compressive strain generated between the adjacent core bars of the elastic crawler body at the winding portion is effectively reduced.
Here, for example, when the thickness of the elastic crawler body at the site corresponding to the first recess is less than 50% of the thickness of the elastic crawler body at the site corresponding to the wing, the elastic crawler at the site corresponding to the first recess If the thickness of the elastic crawler body at the portion corresponding to the first recess is greater than 80%, the thickness of the main body is thin, and there is a possibility that a crack (crack) may occur due to the bending motion between adjacent cores during traveling. There is a possibility that the effect of reducing the compressive strain generated between the adjacent core bars of the elastic crawler main body at the winding portion may be reduced.
Therefore, it is preferable that the thickness of the elastic crawler main body at the site corresponding to the first recess is in the range of 50 to 80% of the thickness of the elastic crawler main body at the site corresponding to the wing.
The elastic crawler according to claim 6 is the elastic crawler according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein an inner peripheral portion of the elastic crawler body has a sprocket between the central portions adjacent to each other in the crawler circumferential direction. An engaging recess is formed, and the bottom of the engaging recess is closed by the elastic body.
For example, when the portion of the crawler main body where the sprocket is engaged is a through hole, a soil mass may enter the through hole during traveling on the field, and the through hole may be clogged. If the through hole is clogged in this way, the sprocket may not be able to engage with the through hole and may come off.
For this reason, in the elastic crawler according to the sixth aspect, since the bottom of the engaging concave portion with which the sprocket is engaged is closed by the elastic body, the engaging concave portion is not clogged by the soil mass during traveling on the field, and the sprocket is removed. Is prevented.
The elastic crawler according to claim 7 is the elastic crawler according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the elastic crawler is provided at an outer peripheral portion of the elastic crawler main body at an interval in the crawler circumferential direction, and in the crawler width direction. A rubber lug that extends and overlaps with the metal core when viewed from the outer peripheral side of the crawler, and a third concave portion that is formed on the outer peripheral portion of the elastic crawler body and that is recessed toward the inner peripheral side of the crawler across the root portion of the rubber lug adjacent in the crawler circumferential direction ,have.
In the elastic crawler according to claim 7, the third concave portion is formed on the outer peripheral portion of the elastic crawler body across the root portion of the rubber lug adjacent in the crawler circumferential direction, so that the third concave portion is not formed. Thus, the volume between the rubber lugs adjacent in the crawler circumferential direction is increased. As a result, the amount of soil clumping between the rubber lugs adjacent in the crawler circumferential direction when traveling on the field increases, and the traction force is improved.
The rubber lugs overlap the cored bar as viewed from the outer periphery of the crawler and are provided at intervals in the crawler circumferential direction. For this reason, the distance between the rubber lugs is increased by curving between the adjacent core bars of the elastic crawler main body at the winding portion. As a result, even if foreign matter such as a lump is sandwiched between the rubber lugs during traveling, the foreign matter is discharged when the crawler body circulates and curves at the winding portion.
As described above, the elastic crawler of the present invention can suppress heat generation between adjacent cored bars during traveling and can improve flexibility.

The
As shown in FIG. 3, an
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the inner peripheral portion of the elastic crawler
As shown in FIG. 4, in the elastic crawler
As shown in FIG. 3, a first
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the
The
As shown in FIG. 3, the
As shown in FIG. 5C, in the cross section along the crawler circumferential direction, the length L1 along the crawler circumferential direction of the
Further, as shown in FIG. 5C, in the cross section along the crawler circumferential direction, the thickness T1 of the
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a
As shown in FIG. 2, a
Next, the effect of the
As shown in FIG. 3, in the
Further, since the first
From the above, the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the
Further, even if a lump or the like is placed on the
As shown in FIG. 5C, in the cross section along the crawler circumferential direction, the length L1 of the
Here, for example, when the length L1 of the
Therefore, it is preferable that the length L1 of the
As shown in FIG. 5C, in the cross section along the crawler circumferential direction, the thickness T1 of the
Here, for example, when the thickness T1 of the portion corresponding to the
Therefore, the thickness T1 of the part corresponding to the
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 3, since the 2nd recessed
For example, when the portion of the elastic crawler
However, in the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
Further, the

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the
