Claims (11)
- 医療装置の投与機器の正常動作を点検および/または監視する方法であって、上記医療装置が体外循環路を備え、上記投与機器により物質が上記体外循環路へ注入されるように上記投与機器が上記体外循環路に接続される場合において、
上記投与機器は、シリンジにタペットが挿入されたシリンジポンプであり、
上記体外循環路への液体の注入と排出を交互に行うことに対応する上記タペットの振動動作によって、固有圧力波が生成され、
上記シリンジポンプによって生成された固有圧力波が、上記体外循環路において検知され、
上記固有圧力波は、交互に上昇と下降を繰り返す複数の連続パルス信号を含み、
上記固有圧力波を生成するための振動動作が、物質を上記体外循環路へ投与するための上記タペットの連続的な並進動作に対して重畳される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 上記体外循環路の圧力を圧力センサで計測して解析し、
上記体外循環路の圧力波に、上記投与機器によって生成された固有圧力波が含まれていれば、上記投与機器が正常に機能していると判断し、
上記体外循環路の圧力波に、上記投与機器によって生成された固有圧力波が含まれていなければ、上記投与機器が正常に機能していないと判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 上記投与機器の振動動作の間に変動する体積が1ミリリットル未満である請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 上記固有圧力波は、周波数分析によって検知される請求項1乃至3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 上記投与機器の正常動作の監視は、上記体外循環路へ物質が投与される間に連続的に行われる請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 上記投与機器の点検および/または監視は、上記体外循環路に設けられたポンプにより体外循環路を通じて輸液される間に行われる請求項1乃至5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 上記投与機器の点検および/または監視は、上記医療装置の運転中に行われる請求項1乃至6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 上記投与機器の不調が検知されると、上記医療装置の運転の中断と、警告信号の発生との一方または両方が行われる請求項1乃至7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 体外循環路の調整に適し、投与機器により物質が上記体外循環路内へ注入されるように上記投与機器が上記体外循環路と接続可能な医療装置において、
上記投与機器は、シリンジにタペットが挿入されたシリンジポンプであり、
上記シリンジポンプが上記体外循環路において固有圧力波を生成し、上記固有圧力波が処理中に検知されるように上記シリンジポンプを作動させる制御部を備え、
上記固有圧力波は、交互に上昇と下降を繰り返す複数の連続パルス信号を含み、
上記制御部は、上記体外循環路への液体の注入と排出を交互に行うことに対応する上記タペットの振動動作によって上記固有圧力波が生成されるように、上記固有圧力波を生成するための振動動作を、物質を上記体外循環路へ投与するための上記タペットの連続的な並進動作に対して重畳させる
ことを特徴とする医療装置。 - 上記体外循環路の圧力を計測する圧力センサを備え、
上記制御部は、
上記圧力センサが計測した上記体外循環路の圧力を解析し、
上記体外循環路の圧力波に、上記投与機器によって生成された固有圧力波が含まれていれば、上記投与機器が正常に機能していると判断し、
上記体外循環路の圧力波に、上記投与機器によって生成された固有圧力波が含まれていなければ、上記投与機器が正常に機能していないと判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の医療装置。 - 上記投与機器は、体外での血液処理法のために血液配管の動脈側経路と接続可能であることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の医療装置。
