Claims (1)
- 溶液を減圧状態で加熱し、蒸発させて濃縮する蒸発濃縮方法において、
前記溶液が、強アルカリまたは強酸の溶液であって、濃縮の目標である最終濃度の前記溶液は、その沸点上昇度が37℃以上であり、
前記強アルカリまたは強酸の溶液の蒸発によって発生した蒸気を、前段の第1の蒸気エゼクターで圧縮する第1の圧縮工程と、後段の第2の蒸気エゼクターで圧縮する第2の圧縮工程との少なくとも二段の圧縮工程を含み、
前記少なくとも二段の圧縮工程で圧縮した蒸気を、前記強アルカリまたは強酸の溶液の加熱に用いるものであって、
前記第1の圧縮工程では、前記強アルカリまたは強酸の溶液を溜める液溜室と加熱用の伝熱管とを有する単一の蒸発器で発生した蒸気を、前記第1の蒸気エゼクターによって圧縮し、
前記蒸発器の前記液溜室内の前記溶液は、溶液循環手段によって前記伝熱管の外側に供給されて蒸発し、
前記第2の圧縮工程では、前記第2の蒸気エゼクターは、前記第1の蒸気エゼクターで圧縮された蒸気を圧縮して前記伝熱管内に供給する、
ことを特徴とする蒸発濃縮方法。
