Description
Claims (7)
- 排気ガスの清浄のために働く還元剤を車両の排気ガス後処理装置に供給するため、排気ガスラインに通じるノズル装置に空気流と還元剤流とが供給される還元剤供給システムの運転方法であって、
−前記還元剤供給システム(1)の標準配合運転中において、少なくともほぼ連続的な空気流と断続的な還元剤流とが発生し、少なくとも部分的に前記ノズル装置によって前記排気ガスラインの中に排出されること、
−前記還元剤供給システム(1)を清掃する清掃運転中において、多数の空気流パルス(20)から形成される空気流と多数の還元剤流パルス(21)から形成される還元剤流とが発生し、前記ノズル装置に供給されること、を含み、
前記清掃運転のために、第1の運転モードが設けられており、該運転モードでは、それぞれの還元剤流パルス(21)と空気流パルス(20)とが時間的に重なり合うように、一連の還元剤流パルス(21)と空気流パルス(20)とが発生し、
前記清掃運転のために、第2の運転モードが設けられており、該運転モードの場合、前記空気流がオフのときには多数の還元剤流パルス(21)が連続して生じることと、前記還元剤流がオフのときには多数の空気流パルス(20)が連続して生じることとが切り替えて行われる、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ノズル装置に前記空気流を搬送するための前記還元剤供給システム(1)のライン内の動圧がモニタされ、予め設定可能な、第1の上方の圧力閾値を超過した場合に、清掃運転が起動することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ノズル装置に前記空気流を搬送するための前記還元剤供給システム(1)のライン内の動圧がモニタされ、予め設定可能な下方の圧力閾値を下回った場合に、作動している清掃運転が停止されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 作動中の清掃運転が、前記還元剤流パルス(21)から形成される前記還元剤流の、予め設定可能な還元剤総量を超過した後、又は前記清掃運転開始から設定可能な時間を超過した後に停止されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の運転モードにおいて、還元剤流パルス(21)の立ち上がり又は立ち下がりエッジ(24;25)が、時間的に空気流パルス(20)の中にかかることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ノズル装置に前記空気流を搬送するための前記還元剤供給システム(1)のライン内の動圧がモニタされ、予め設定可能な第1の上方の圧力閾値を超過した場合に、前記清掃運転の第1の運転モードが起動し、予め設定可能な第2の上方の圧力閾値を超過した場合に、前記清掃運転の第2の運転モードが起動し、前記第2の上方の圧力閾値は前記第1の上方の圧力閾値よりも高いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2の運転モードの清掃運転の後に、第1の運転モードの清掃運転が続くことを特徴とする、請求項1又は6記載の方法。
