Claims (9)
- 被験者の身体に配するための複数の着用可能なセンサであり、前記センサは複数のECGセンサを含み、前記センサの1つは、当該センサが前記身体に配されるとき、心臓の近傍に配するための心臓センサである、複数の着用可能なセンサ、
前記心臓から離れた前記被験者の身体に配するための遠隔脈波センサ、及び
前記ECGセンサ及び前記遠隔脈波センサからデータを受信し、前記心臓のECGセンサから前記遠隔脈波センサへ進む脈波の脈波伝搬時間を決め、前記脈波伝搬時間と基準の脈波伝搬時間との比の、既定値に対する比較に基づいて、血管迷走神経性失神の存在又は到来を判断するように配される処理ユニット
を有し、被験者が既定の期間じっと立っているとき、前記脈波伝搬時間を測定し、測定した前記脈波伝搬時間を基準の脈波伝搬時間として使用する、迫り来る血管迷走神経性失神を検知するための装置。 - 前記遠隔脈波センサは、リストバンド上にある請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記心臓センサは、前記複数のECGセンサの1つである請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記心臓センサを用いて測定される前記ECGの既定の特徴と、前記遠隔脈波センサにより検知される脈波との間の時間として前記脈波伝搬時間を決定するように配される請求項3に記載の装置。
- その上に前記ECGセンサが配されるパッチを有する請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記処理ユニットは、前記脈波伝搬時間と基準の脈波伝搬時間との比を比較し、前記比が既定値を超えているとき、血管迷走神経性失神の存在を決定する、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 被験者からのデータを処理する方法において、
前記被験者の身体の上に複数のセンサを配するステップであり、前記センサは、心臓の近傍に配するための少なくとも1つの心臓センサ及び前記心臓から離れた前記被験者の身体上にある遠隔脈波センサを含んでいるステップ、
前記センサからデータを受信するステップ、
前記心臓センサから前記遠隔脈波センサへ進む脈波の脈波伝搬時間を決めるステップ、並びに
前記脈波伝搬時間と基準の脈波伝搬時間との比を既定値と比較するステップ
を有し、前記方法が更に、
被験者が既定の期間じっと立っているとき、前記脈波伝搬時間を測定するステップ、及び
測定した前記脈波伝搬時間を基準の脈波伝搬時間として使用するステップ
を含む、方法。 - 前記脈波伝搬時間と基準の脈波伝搬時間との比が既定値を超えている場合、既定の条件が存在しているかどうか加速度計を用いて判断するステップ、
をさらに有する請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記脈波伝搬時間と基準の脈波伝搬時間との比が既定値を超え、前記既定の条件が存在している場合、警報を鳴らすステップ、
をさらに有する請求項8に記載の方法。
