図4はコントローラ4の機能ブロックを示す図である。コントローラ4は、車体コントローラ41と、エンジンコントローラ43とを含み、これらのコントローラは通信ライン44を介して相互に接続され、車体ネットワークを構成している。エンジンコントロールダイヤル2の指令信号、位置検出装置35、差圧検出装置36、排気温度検出装置37の検出信号は車体コントローラ41に入力され、回転数検出装置3の検出信号はエンジンコントローラ43に入力される。
第1実施形態の排気ガス浄化システムの動作を説明する。図7は理解の補助の為に示す、排気ガス温度の時間経過の一例である。
第1実施形態の排気ガス浄化システムの効果を説明する。
以上に本発明の一実施形態を説明したが、本発明はこれに制限されるものではなく、本発明の精神の範囲内で種々の変形が可能である。以下にその変形例を列挙する。
第1実施形態において、制御弁30とポンプ11のレギュレータとこれらを制御する車体コントローラ41の一機能は、油圧ポンプ11の吐出圧と吐出流量を調整し、エンジン1に油圧的な負荷をかけ、再生時の昇温をアシストする昇温アシスト手段を構成するが、昇温アシスト手段はこれに限定されない。
第1実施形態において、作業車両は油圧ショベルであり、ゲートロックレバー5は、油圧ショベルのフロント作業機102の操作を不能にして動作を停止する動作停止手段を構成するが、作業車両の動作停止手段はこれに限られない。

Claims (3)
- ディーゼルエンジンと、
前記エンジンの動力により駆動される、作業を行う被駆動体と、
前記被駆動体の動作を指令する操作手段と、
前記エンジンの駆動中に前記操作手段が操作されても前記被駆動体が動作しないよう前記被駆動体の動作を不能とする動作停止手段と、
を有する作業車両に備えられる排気ガス浄化システムであって、
前記エンジンの排気系に配置され、排気ガス中に含まれる粒子状物質を捕集するためのフィルタを含むフィルタ装置と、
酸化触媒に未燃燃料を供給することで前記酸化触媒により前記排気ガスの温度を上昇させ、前記フィルタに堆積した粒子状物質を焼却除去する再生装置と、
前記再生装置の作動の開始と停止を制御する再生制御装置とを備えた作業車両の排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記作業車両は、
前記エンジンにより駆動される油圧ポンプと、
前記油圧ポンプから吐出される圧油によって駆動され、前記作業を行う被駆動体を駆動する複数の油圧アクチュエータと、
前記操作手段により操作され、前記油圧ポンプから前記複数の油圧アクチュエータに供給される圧油の流れを制御する複数の流量制御弁とを更に備え、
前記動作停止手段は、
前記操作手段による前記複数の流量制御弁の操作を可能とし、前記被駆動体を駆動する前記油圧アクチュエータの動作を可能とする第1位置と、前記操作手段による前記複数の流量制御弁の操作を不能とし、前記被駆動体を駆動する前記油圧アクチュエータの動作を不能とする第2位置とに選択的に操作されるゲートロックレバーを有し、
前記作業車両の排気ガス浄化システムは、
前記再生装置の作動中に、前記油圧ポンプの吐出圧と吐出流量の少なくともいずれか一方を調整し、前記エンジンに油圧的な負荷をかけることで、前記排気ガスの温度が前記酸化触媒の活性化温度以上となるよう前記排気ガスの温度を上昇させ、前記酸化触媒による前記排気ガスの昇温をアシストする昇温アシスト手段を更に備え、
前記再生制御装置は、前記再生装置の作動中に、前記被駆動体を駆動する前記油圧アクチュエータの動作を不能とするように前記ゲートロックレバーが操作されたとき、前記昇温アシスト手段の作動を開始させることを特徴とする作業車両の排気ガス浄化システム。 - 請求項1記載の作業車両の排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記排気ガスの温度を検出する排気温度検出装置を更に備え、
前記再生制御装置は、前記再生装置の作動中に、前記被駆動体の動作を停止するように前記動作停止手段が操作され、前記排気温度検出装置が閾値未満の温度を検出したとき、前記昇温アシスト手段の作動を開始させることを特徴とする作業車両の排気ガス浄化システム。 - 請求項1記載の作業車両の排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記再生制御装置は、前記被駆動体を駆動する前記油圧アクチュエータの動作不能を解除するように前記ゲートロックレバーが操作されたとき、前記昇温アシスト手段の作動を停止させることを特徴とする作業車両の排気ガス浄化システム。
