Claims (10)
- 外部電源を受ける発光装置であって、発光ユニットと、前記発光ユニットに電気的に接続されて、直列接続回路を形成する少なくとも一個のスイッチユニットと、前記外部電源及び前記発光ユニットに電気的に接続される第一電気接続素子と、前記外部電源及び前記スイッチユニットに電気的に接続される第二電気接続素子と、前記第一電気接続素子、前記第二電気接続素子及び前記スイッチユニットに電気的に接続されて、前記第一電気接続素子のうちの二個の電気的入力端の間に電流が流れ、且つ、前記第二電気接続素子の二個の電気的入力端の間に電流が流れるのを感知すると、前記スイッチユニットをコントロールして導通させることで、前記発光ユニットを前記外部電源を受けさせて発光させるセンサユニットとを備え、前記スイッチユニットが導通して、前記発光ユニットが発光開始後、前記スイッチユニットは、直接に前記発光ユニットの電流、または電圧ストレス、または光線、または前記スイッチユニットを流れる電流によって、前記外部電源が切断されるまで導通状態を維持し続けることを特徴とする発光装置。
- 前記スイッチユニットが導通しない時、前記外部電源が発生させた電流は、前記第一電気接続素子、前記発光ユニット及び前記第二電気接続素子からなる電流のルートを流れないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- その出力端が前記直列接続回路に電気的に接続される少なくとも一個の整流ユニットをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記整流ユニットは、第一入力端及び第二入力端をさらに有し、前記第一電気接続素子が前記外部電源と前記第一入力端に電気的に接続され、前記第二電気接続素子が前記外部電源と前記第二入力端に電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の発光装置。
- 前記発光ユニットは、少なくとも一個の交流発光ダイオードモジュールを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記スイッチユニットは、電気継電器、トランジスタ、または、シリコン整流制御素子を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記センサユニットは、二個のセンサ素子を有し、前記センサ素子は、それぞれ前記第一電気接続素子の前記電気的入力端の間に電流が流れたか否か、及び、前記第二電気接続素子の前記電気的入力端の間に電流が流れたか否かを感知することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第一電気接続素子の前記電気的入力端の間、または、前記第二電気接続素子の前記電気的入力端の間に電気的に接続される少なくとも一個のインピーダンス素子をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記インピーダンス素子の数量が二個の時、前記インピーダンス素子のうちの一個が前記第一電気接続素子の前記電気的入力端の間に電気的に接続され、前記インピーダンス素子のうちの他の一個が前記第二電気接続素子の前記電気的入力端の間に電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第一電気接続素子及び前記第二電気接続素子の前記電気的入力端は、それぞれ蛍光ランプのソケットに対応することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光装置。
