Description
Claims (23)
- 制御可能な機械式人工呼吸器であって、当該人工呼吸器が、
ガス貯留部に結合されたガス注入部と、
前記ガス貯留部に結合され、ガスを受け入れてそれを患者インタフェースに導くための吸入管路と、
前記吸入管路から空気混入領域へのガスの流れを制御するよう動作可能な流量制御弁であって、前記空気混入領域が第1の管路及び第2の管路を介して雰囲気空気を受け入れるためのポートに結合された流量制御弁と、
管路によって前記空気混入領域に接続された患者インタフェースと、
制御弁と、この制御弁のためのダイヤフラムアクチュエータとを有するガス遮断機構であって、前記ダイヤフラムアクチュエータが前記吸入管路の中の圧力状態を検出するガス遮断機構と、
を具えることを特徴とする制御可能な人工呼吸器。 - 弁が前記第1の管路に配置されており、空気が前記ポートの外に通り抜けて前記雰囲気の中に出るのを防ぐことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御可能な人工呼吸器。
- 前記第2の管路が、前記第1の管路に結合された第1の端部と、前記空気混入領域に結合された第2の端部と、を有しており、
前記第2の管路が、前記第1の端部から前記第2の端部に向けて狭くなった直径を有しており、これにより、前記第1の端部が前記第2の端部よりも大きい直径を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御可能な人工呼吸器。 - 前記患者インタフェースを通って送出される雰囲気空気の量を、前記ポートを遮断することによって変更し得ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御可能な人工呼吸器。
- 制御可能な機械式人工呼吸器であって、当該人工呼吸器が、
ガス貯留部に接続されたガス注入部と、
前記ガス貯留部から吸入管路を介したガスの注入を制御するよう動作可能に結合された患者の流量制御弁と、
前記流量制御弁によって前記吸入管路から間隔を空けた患者インタフェースと、
制御弁と、この制御弁のためのダイヤフラムアクチュエータとを有するガス遮断機構であって、前記ダイヤフラムアクチュエータが前記吸入管路の中の圧力状態を検出するガス遮断機構と、を具えており、
さらに、前記人工呼吸器が、PIP、PEEP、酸素供給のレベル及び呼吸数のうちの少なくとも1を制御するための手段を具えていることを特徴とする制御可能な人工呼吸器。 - さらに、前記人工呼吸器が、水分及び熱を捕捉するための加湿フィルタを具えていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 前記人工呼吸器が殺菌処理可能な材料を具えていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 前記患者の流量制御弁が、特定のガス流量を与えるよう調節可能であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 前記ガス流量を、成人、小児、及び乳児モードのうちの少なくとも1に設定し得ることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の人工呼吸器。
- PIPが、20cmH2O乃至35cmH2Oの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人工呼吸器。
- さらに、前記ガス注入部が、与圧ガス源に結合するためのガスインタフェースを具えていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人工呼吸器。
- さらに、前記患者インタフェースが、前記患者から吐出したガスを受け入れるための患者インタフェースと、前記患者にガスを送出するための患者インタフェースとを具えていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 前記患者インタフェースが、呼吸マスクアッセンブリであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 前記患者インタフェースが気管内チューブであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 前記患者インタフェースが喉頭マスク気管器具であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 前記流量制御弁が、ノブと構造的に連通しており、呼吸数を制御するよう物理的に操作し得ることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人工呼吸器。
- さらに、前記患者インタフェースに動作可能に結合された呼気管路及び呼気弁を具えていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人工呼吸器。
- さらに、圧力検出器と、前記圧力検出器に動作可能に結合されたアラーム回路とを具えており、
前記アラーム回路が、前記圧力検出器によって検出された圧力の変化に基づいてアラーム信号を発生させることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人工呼吸器。 - 前記患者の流量制御弁が、前記吸入管路から空気混入領域へのガスの流れを制御するよう動作可能であり、
前記空気混入領域が、第1の管路及び第2の管路を介して、雰囲気空気を受け入れるためのポートに結合されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人工呼吸器。 - さらに、前記第1の管路に配置され、空気が前記ポートの外に通り抜けて前記雰囲気の中に出るのを防ぐ弁を具えており、
前記弁を調節して酸素及び空気の混合物を供給することによって、酸素供給のレベルを変えることができることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人工呼吸器。 - 吸気時間を固定し呼気時間を変えることによって、前記呼吸数が変わることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人工呼吸器。
- PEEPが、5cmH2Oから20cmH2Oに及ぶ可変制御であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人工呼吸器。
- さらに、前記人工呼吸器が、回路で気道の瞬間圧力を測定且つ表示すべく、前記患者インタフェースの近くに配置された一体化した圧力ゲージを具えていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人工呼吸器。
